“It has never been so easy to file a flight plan and get going. I was especially impressed with support when I had a particular issue with a route. New tracking-system is great. Even for private pilots like me who do not fly that often in the system a great help. Not sure how I've done it without RR.”

“1. would like to see a direct (or at least a very easy way) to export a route from RR on the iPad (mobile app) and to import it directly into Garmin Pilot. The Garmin Pilot app has a wireless connection to the Garmin GTN/GSN series which allows for easy upload of complex routes. 2. Be smarter on suggesting direct routes for short flights. 3. Be smarter in suggesting different flight levels and possibly routes based on the wind forecast(s). This can be useful if flight plans are prepared within the 24 hours preceding the actual flight Overall a great product! Functions such as delay and forward or so great when on the move requiring to make fast decisions. Keep up the great job. Thanks, Ides ides@nutanix.com”

“My last membership contract lasted until February 2016, since February 2015. Some days ago I was forced to renew the contract for 250,00 €, otherwise no AutoRoute service anymore. Now I read, that the new contract expires in February 2016. With other words, you doubled the price and cutted the service time about 50%. Please explain this, it was not agreed before. “Good result, very satisfied. Regards to uwe from D-IMMO. English £ is too high so for €user it should come down a little. Or better a step down between less flying amateur pro like me and daily flying real pros. What,s about WX europe implantation like golze adf? Would be very valuable. Or rocket route ipad direct into garmin gtn or 795 by connect 210? Perhaps it,s already working and i d,ont know. Regards knut”

“Disapointing coverage of vfr airfields. No aeronautical maps work with ipad. The nav aides do not show on map clearly. The flight planning feature is not easy to use in flight, just able to print on paper. Best feature is the flight plan form, but not enough to justify purchase. Poor product for general aviation vfr flying.”

“Briefing is very good! A criticel point is, , the airport charts have in all nations another look! And charts planning in my browser is very slow also i cannot held my pointer on a waypoint for write it in my Flightplan?”

“* Excellent routing engine * Excellent additional preflight procedures (eg W&B) * Speedy and easy filing and ack messages * Excellent briefing pack mailed * Online assistance when they "see you struggle" with difficult routes. That why 5 * is in order. Keep the good work up!”

“Excellent service, although too pricy for the number of flights we are using it to (SEP IFR) . Most new features are not so relevant to us. Areas of possible improvements: - Possibility to delete old flight plans - Weather: add cloud cross-sections, improved icing forecast (icing is forecasted in 90% of our flights but we never encounter it - not very helpfull).”

“michel bianco, France Hi ! Thank you for asking my feedback after my recent RocketRoute purchase. I'm just retired from airline, therefore my purpose is now to fly VFR. My idea was to get an efficient tool to file flight plans. After purchase, I downloaded RR for both my Mac and iPad as well as the instructions manual (I haven't read all at this time, but it's in progress). I was especially interested on you "drag and draw" function for my flites. Unfortunately, it works only at times on my laptop and not at all on the Pad. For this reason, I could not file (you never fly straight from departure to destination). Also, if I have a map on Mac, the Pad shows blank with airports, VOR, etc... I am sorry to say I'm very disappointed. Am I doing something not well ? I hope being soon able to use the product. Very much looking forward to reading you, Regards, michel”

“with regard to the flight log (company flight plan), I still would like to adapt the print version (appearance, form and format) for my personal preferences. e.g. having the flight log printed on one sheet of paper, or two sided, A4, A5, or other. On the flight log I would appreciate to have the ATC-frequency of first contact, e.g. clearance delivery, and ATIS”

“Rocket Route is brilliant. Very happy, I already convinced a few friends in France to become members and they are equally satisfied. One bug am still waiting for correction... The Search & Rescue section. It says "Tick boxes if equipment available" but it actually works the other way around. Other than that I love it. Alain”

“Having made few calls in past months requesting a service (like sending a route planning since RocketRouter not always works in the browser), I was promised to get it sent by email but later on nothing happened. I am afraid now RR has been more popular and got many clients, including companies as clients, the service quality for private clients having a draw back.”
