“Before subscribing I asked for clarification on one point and I received a swift response. I subscribed yesterday and had a minor problem (my ignorance) but this was swiftly resolved by helpdesk to my satisfaction. Too soon to give a really valued judgement but so far the software is doing as expected. The helpdesk people are really brilliant.”

“This is a nice App, i use them in my flights, every time! Some times i have some issues to do some rotes, but overall it is very good! I recomend for my pilot friends every time...”

“Flight Planning and Autoroute are excellent. Support and Handling requests too. Browser Performance under Windows is good. Under Android, it's awkward, specially when editing a Route. Android App is unsatisfactory.”

“Good Product but it seems that you do Not Check the Programm when you make an Update, before you release it. Several times this year it kicked out or changed the Numbers (which is really Not good) on my Performance Data Mass And Balance no Briefing Package And so on. Sometimes the hole Programm did Not work anymore And you Never Know when this Happens. I have checked this with Other Pilots And it does Not only Happen to me. The Rest is Fine thank you.”

“Great product which makes long distance flight planning a breeze Past year though lots of problems finding routes so needed to call the help desk a lot( one trip of 4 flights in Europe all plans either no route found or problems even after Rocketroute found the route) was advised due to Eurocontrol computer route updates but even so not good enough. The help desk were very good at resolving these issues promptly for me Would like to see more reliability so I don't need to use alternative systems when stuck”

“Perfect product with growing functionality. Features would make my job easier way further: - Interface to JeppesenFD on the web and on the iPad app - Compatible Copy / paste flight plan route to JeppesenFD without FL changes and DCT - iPad APP Interface to Garmin G600 / GNS530W - DELAY function on iPad App getting used to , might be easier - In Flightlog it would be convenient if the waypoint after which is a new course , would be written in bold , simplifies manual programming avionics.”
