About ROK Accessories:

We are an independant jewellers, specialising in contemporary jewellery, watches and eyewear. We opened our first store in 1998 and now boast three stores in the Nottingham area. In 2002 we decided to bring our store's concept to a wider audience and www.rokaccessories.co.uk was launched.

We are passionate about all jewellery and aim to deliver a complimentory selection of both exclusive collections and the hottest brands on the high street, continuously expanding with new and exciting ranges.

The atmosphere in our stores is friendly, relaxed and informal, creating the perfect environment in which to shop with ease. Our team are experienced and knowledgable and offer a personal and informed service to customers whatever they may looking for, from a gift for a special occassion to a treat for themselves.

“initially my order was not enclosed with the invoice etc however as soon as I rang and explained this my order was dealt with straight away. The lady on the phone was really helpful and promised to email as soon as my other charm was back in stock.”

“Ordered two bracelets for my daughters, one was out of stock from the supplier and the lady I spoke to was very apologetic and offered an alternative necklace instead which would be here before xmas. Speedy delivery and helpful staff. Will definitely use again.”

“I usually opt for larger retailers, I was specifically looking for Joma bracelets, most sites just list the Joma's and don't specify whether they are child or adult bracelets. I wanted to make sure I was ordering the right ones and I stumbled across ROK during an internet search........ they have the adult and childrens Joma's separately making it very easy to choose exactly what I wanted. I hadn't ordered from ROK before and wasn't sure if they came in the little Joma bags so decided to give them a quick ring just to double check. I could not have asked for a better service, whilst I was on the phone the lovely lady said she would make sure what I wanted was in stock, rather than me hanging on the phone she said she would call me back, which she duly did in a few minutes. No sooner had I placed my order online I got a dispatch email and the order arrived pleasantly packaged in a couple of days as expected. I am very impressed by the customer service and the ease of the website and I would not hesitate to use them again. All this service was at a particularly busy period ( Christmas ) definately a 5* service”
