Avoid!! Been sent a faulty hoverboard and they will not contact us back. Their customer service number has been disconnected. We've been robbed and the company refuse to speak to us in any format - tried emails, Twitter and Facebook too. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Great product, exactly as described, robust and well manufactured. The customer service experience was exceptional and they delivered exactly when they suggested, which is a vary rare trait for on-line orders in this day & age. Simply site to use, so just can't say a bad word about our purchase at all. THANK YOU

Fault with unit after 9 months so tried to call and number "not in service" so email several times with no reply at all. This is the 2nd unit, 1st one last years was brand new and took some constant emailing to obtain a replacement when it didn't work at all. Customer service is shocking! Worth paying more to a better company who have good customer service if anything goes wrong.

Purchased for Christmas last year and worked fine for around 6 months. Then, stopped working and turns itself off with no notice, throwing my 9 year old off. Have tried to contact Rolab via their website, email and phone, as it is supposed to have a 12 month warranty but after many attempts over a number of months now, have had no response. Poor product, and awful customer service.

We bought a hoverboard as a birthday present, doesn't work, won't charge, numerous emails, no response, phone number doesnt work. Bought a second as guess what doesn't work, won't charge, no response via emails. Do not buy from this company a total scam, DO NOT BUY, fake website, delivering faulty, broken Hoverboards.

Absolutely appalling customer service. I have been in possession of a faulty hoverboard now since 18th May however nobody is replying to my calls after leaving numerous voicemail messages and emails. I have an extremely upset 5yr old whose birthday present it was and no other option but to take legal action soon if nobody makes contact. The upsetting thing is that we have recommended this company to a lot of our family and friends after purchasing one for our daughter 2 yrs again. Really really disappointed.

I’m very upset , ordered a hoverboard for my daughter for Christmas and I received it very quickly but it was the wrong colour , couldn’t get hold of them at all to be able to let them no , they don’t even have a phone number you can call !! Finally someone replies via email and they said the colour had run out but they would upgrade it which I agreed and was very happy about . Still I haven’t received it and as a single parent who struggles this time of year I am very worried I’m not going to receive it and that’s £150 down the drain. If someone from Rolab sees this PLEASE get back to me ASAP

I bought a C1 Black Swegway for my sons birthday and followed the manual charged the hoverboard for 2 hours but the light on the charger never turned green. However the hoverboard showed full green. The board lasted 15 minutes use before the battery died. So charged again but the light on the charger never turned green but charged for under 3 hours as per the manuals instructions again the battery only lasted 15 Minutes of use. Tried the phone number but it stated it was for sales only and the automated system gave option of voice mail as it said all operators busy before cutting me off. I have sent an email to support but no reply and have tried to phone again with same response.

When my son first said he would like to buy a Hover board with his Birthday money, I didn't really know where to start. I agree with some of the other reviews, "It's an absolute minefield out there ! " I researched the internet for hours and luckily for me, I stumbled upon Rolab. A very professional website with all the information you require and all your questions answered. As with everyone else it arrived the next day, early enough for me to get it on charge ready to use when my son got home from school. I can't begin to tell you how happy my son is !! I quote " Dad ! It's the best present I've ever had. Its sick ! " ( That means good ). This product is so good, I have just ordered a second one for my eldest son. Apparently Hover board football is the next big thing. Would highly recommend ! A great product and great value for money. More importantly, its Certification gives you peace of mind.

Ordered for Son's 13th birthday, he wanted one 18M back but there was so much bad press about that we decided not to buy. However with all the CE markings and certificates of conformity Rolab offered together with a very competitive price tag we got one. Best thing we have ever bought it is a fantastic piece of engineering and the quality shows. Spot on and a reputable distributor to complement a fantastic bit of kit.

When buying a Hoverboard / Swegway, I felt it was a bit of a minefield. There are so many Company's selling similar looking boards, which one is right? I have an 8 year old who so wanted a Hoverboard. I contacted Rolab about 5 times before purchasing. I needed clarification on the Minimum weight and also safety. They replied back promptly and I found them very professional. The delivery was quick and the board looks great.

Do not use them. They do not have a contact number and it is impossible to communicate with them. I bought a hoverboard for my daughter through them but when it arrived it would not charge. I have tried to contact them through online chat and through email but have had no reply.

I am trying to contact Rolab with regards to my daughter's segway which is not working. I have emailed several times and the number on the website is not in service. I have been happy with my product up until now but their customer service is terrible hence the one star!

AVOID! The hoverboard I bought was dead after charging. Rolab completely failed to respond to 3 emails and so far it has also failed to respond to a complaint and request for refund via PayPal. The phone number provided doesn't work. This was a Christmas present for my daughter - disappointed girl. No refund, no working hoverboard. Thanks Rolab.
