“Took 2 weeks to arrive which was longer than expected but has already since given great joy to my 9&12 year old baits who are loving it! Very quick to get the hang of it and huge fun.”

“We bought a Rolab hoverboard a couple of years ag and unfortunately it has now stopped working, but my son desperately wants another on, so we have ordered the one with 8" wheels for Christmas. They are great fun.”

“Great quality hoverboard and speedy delivery when I couldn't find any other high quality hoverboards left close to Christmas. The charge speed and the distance my kids achieve out of the battery is brilliant. All of their friends have been jealous of the build quality of their Rolab boards.”

“Worked well for a while but one wheel stopped working, returning it for repair would cost a fortune and the price of repair would be too much. However it did work well”

“Purchased for a present last Christmas for my daughter. Arrived with a part of the bodywork broken BUT replaced very quickly and in time for Christmas. A great hoverboard for inside and outside and we have since bought a go kart attachment which has added more fun and whips along. My only comment would be that it's a shame the outer cover is a bit fragile compared to the motor etc. We ended up buying some self-adhesive rubber strips to protect the edges which has helped.”

“Product was just what we wanted. and delivery was fast. We had a problem and needed to swap the board, communications were difficult and responses were slow/delayed and inconsistent It took almost a month to get it replaced but eventually we did get it sorted and no further problems I would order from these again but they need to work on the customer service and aftercare”

“Pretty solid piece of kit. Good on solid ground pretty good on reasonably flat grass. I don’t speak from personal experience rather from watching the boy! He sometimes does laps round the house whilst reading a book!”

“We were very happy with the service of rolab even being in the middle of coronavirus chaos, they made sure the combat hoverboard got here for my sons 9nth birthday which is next week and he has lost all his party even the trip to florida for it.so we had last minute panic stations of what to buy and rolab came to the rescue cant thank you enough The hoverboard looks great wont use it until my son opens it for his birthday”

“My boy is very happy with his new hoverboard, had a slight issue with the first board that was sent out as one of the lights was not seated into the hoverboard very well, sent pictures and this was resolved by them sending out a new hoverboard which they did extremely quick as it was my son’s birthday in a couple of days of receiving the faulty board, the new board arrived right on time for him to open it on the day of his birthday, all in all a good service. Best way to contact them is via email.”
