Rollagranola stands out for its diverse selection, offering a range of recipes crafted from natural, nutrient-rich ingredients and minimal fillers. While some options seem to contain higher sugar levels, careful selection ensures a few suitable choices. I'm intrigued by the idea of Rollagranola designing a recipe specifically for exercise recovery, prioritising protein content and sweetened with wholesome alternatives to refined sugars to avoid the sugar crash.”

“Quality ingredients, very nutty (whole nuts), make for a very tasty and healthy start to the day ! Could be used for "grazing" during the day but just for breakfast with some oats and coconut milk for me. Thank you.”
