“I always wonder why businesses want feedback so soon? I can say the ordering and delivery was straight forward, so far I've had one bowl of the Almond and Pecan Crunch was a choice of four in the sample pack of four I ordered. To be honest I'd be hard pressed to say it was better than my usual cereal of choice from Dorset cereals. But the sugar content may well be the deciding factor to switch...early days as I say.”

Sorry you didn't; enjoy our absolutely Chocolate. This is one of our most unique products, we sweeten only with dates and the chocolate we use is cocoa mass. We see it as a genuinely healthy chocolate granola but do understand it is not for everyone. “I wanted to try this so ordered a couple of different packets. I was disappointed in the chocolate variety. The flavour wasn’t for me. The Pecan/Maple one was OK, but overall the product is quite expensive for what you get and I don’t think I’ll buy it again.”

“Though this granola was tasty, I personally didn't like the amount of nuts in it. As for cost versus portion, it is rather on the expensive side. Packaged states seven portions, more like five. So with the price increase it calculates at around £1 per portion. I know you pay for quality, unfortunately my budget doesn't allow for this. Plus even thoughnthey ate no added sugar, the natural sugars are still on the high side.”

Thanks for your review. Feedback is appreciated and we constantly review feedback to see if we can improve our products. We do put a lot of nuts in and although that is our focus do appreciate this isn't for everyone. It also depends on which product you are referring to. Some have around 40% nuts while others contain just under 20% so it does depends on the product. With regards to the sugars, we aim to provide a delicious product which has good healthy ingredients but don't take the view that all sugar is bad which won't be in line with everyone's opinion.

“Ordered 3 types of this granola for variety as a first time buyer - pecan & maple syrup, cool raspberry & organic & nutty. The first one I opened was the organic & nutty. It tasted of horrible burnt oil so I contacted the company with the batch numbers (I had 2 of each flavour & certainly didn't want to open the 2nd box as was from the sane batch. I threw them both away. The company did send replacements & an apology but I asked for the pecan & maple syrup as replacements. I can't say I like the raspberry but that's my personal preference. I spent about £46 on 6 boxes which individually are about £5 a box so not cheap. Mine were on offer if you bought more. The pecan had plenty of oats in & nuts & didn't taste of burnt oil so that was my favourite but I won't be ordering again I'm afraid. Each box says there are 10 x 40g portions. I'd say for a decent breakfast portion you get 5 portions per box ...about £1 per portion.”

“Unfortunately, my kids were not keen - sorry! I had to add honey as it was not sweet enough and tasted quite bland. My kids don’t eat sugary cereals, mainly porridge, pancakes and yoghurt/fruit for breakfast. I wanted to try something different as I love granola. I too found each box lacking in flavour, especially for children, who you are trying to target. I am sure you will get there with a few tweaks? The quality and ingredients were very good! Just missing that thing - no not sugar!”

Also every time I buy it, I always miss the delivery, as I’m busy working and not at home, it’s too big to fit through the letterbox so I always struggle to get it. I would much rather get it sent to a local hub, but when I pay with Apple Pay I don’t seem to get that option.”

“I’ll be honest i.. I didn’t enjoy the granolas. The cool raspberry was not nice at all. The organic nutty was nicer but I can’t eat nutmeg or cinnamon as it really upsets my stomach, so the pecan maple one had cinnamon in. I didn’t completely eat any of the flavours.. just not for me I’m sorry but it honest opinion. Thought they were bit too expensive too I’ll stick with Dorset cereals and what i normally buy.”

“I like Zesty Caveman very much, and it has been my preferred breakfast for a few years now. But I am still waiting for resolution over a piece of nutshell in this extremely nutty mix I bit into a few months ago which caused a crack in my tooth. Now I am careful not to chew the granola on that side just in case, but I have not switched to a less nutty mix, as I have not liked the Keto Caveman I once ordered by mistake due to the similarity in names, or a Raspberry variety which did not taste to me of raspberries at all.”
