“I bought the cool raspberry and I’m sorry to say I just don’t like it There’s not enough raspberries in it and far too many whole nuts I found it difficult to eat and didn’t enjoy it”

“I have tried their maple pecan and this, the maple pecan was much better. This just doesn’t taste good to the point ive thrown it away because I just won’t eat it. Way too many seeds and nuts, not enough oats and a weird flavour.”

“Not sure if you have changed your recipe but found this box of Organic & Nutty no where near as good as first box I had, this was definitely harder on the teeth so unfortunately I won't be ordering anymore 🙁”

“Packaging was poor difficult to open and no way of revealing. Packs were very small for the price at lot more expensive than supermarket.”

“Never recieved my order, due to them not emailing me to say the product was due at a later date, so I cancelled my order. My refund came back in to my account fairly quickly. They soon took my money out though. I won't be using this company again, they take too long to send the orders.”

So are terribly sorry to hear this Joanne. We did have a few delays with raw materials, which caused various stock issues. Our team did try to communicate this to our customers but we are sorry to hear that you didn't experience this. During normal times, we use a Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service and dispatch within 24 hours. Orders typically arrive within 2-3 working days. Huge apologies for the disappointing service that you received. We sincerely hope this hasn't tainted your opinion of us and will consider trying Rollagranola again soon. Thank you.

“It's OK, but some of the nuts in the granola are so big that they take a real effort to crunch and feel like they are going to break my teeth. Won't be buying again...”

Sorry to hear that you were not a fan of the whole nuts in the granola. We do use a lot of nuts in all of our products but particularly in the Keto and Paleo lines as they don't contain oats.

“Disappointed I order 4 varieties but sadly I didn’t get free delivery from my first order -be aware! However they arrived I was excited but no not for my family. All are too large I am having to try and crush the granola. I have taken out a filling and part of a tooth! The flavours are not enjoyable”

“I really disliked it. I bought four different kinds and disliked them all to varying degrees. I acknowledge that it's good quality - full of nuts etc, but it's the flavours... the nutmeg, the cinnamon and, worst of all, the ginger are all so over powering and cloying. It makes what seems to be a natural, good quality product taste artificial and sickly.”

“I found that the granola contains too many nuts for my taste. It also had a number of clumps which when having the granola as a breakfast cereal was not what I wanted. Sorry I won’t be buying it again but I wish you success with your business.”

“I ordered two different boxes of your granola unfortunately I hadn’t noticed one had ginger in and I hate loathe and detest ginger so I gave that to a friend the other one is the pecan and almond one which to be totally honest has very little flavour I’m so sorry as I really wanted to love this product 😞”

“Great cereal, poor communications. I love the cereal's great quality. Full of good stuff and it doesn't taste like it's full of sugar. However, this company seem to think I will buy more if they bombard me with emails. No, they have just pushed me away. Never, ever tick the box which says receive emails from this company.”
