“I ordered the Raspberry Granola and was quit disappointed. The nuts etc were far too large and difficult to eat. As for the raspberries,they were hard to find. The taste was nice however but suffice to say I won't be ordering any more. I think I will have to put the rest in a blender to grind it down and sprinkle over another cereal.”

Sorry to hear you didn't enjoy the Cool Raspberry. Raspberries are actually the main ingredient in this product, we blend them into a raspberry paste which binds all the other ingredients together along with some apple paste we make from whole bramleys. The raspberry granola is a very chunky nutty product and although we use lots of nuts in all our ingredients this is one of our highest nut content products.

“I was not impressed by your service recovery when I tried to cancel an order. I was led to believe it had been cancelled (with some caveats) but you blamed an AI bot and merely offered me the postage to send it back which wasn't convenient and having been a customer for many years, I felt it was a poor response. I like your product but the inability to cancel effectively and to be told it was AI that led to the confusion was not great. Also, I sent an email back to you which I still haven't received a reply for. I would expect better. BTW your option around response times below needs amending - there is a massive gap between 6-12 hours and a week (my response was around 3 days I think).”

“I have tried their maple pecan and this, the maple pecan was much better. This just doesn’t taste good to the point ive thrown it away because I just won’t eat it. Way too many seeds and nuts, not enough oats and a weird flavour.”

“Never recieved my order, due to them not emailing me to say the product was due at a later date, so I cancelled my order. My refund came back in to my account fairly quickly. They soon took my money out though. I won't be using this company again, they take too long to send the orders.”

So are terribly sorry to hear this Joanne. We did have a few delays with raw materials, which caused various stock issues. Our team did try to communicate this to our customers but we are sorry to hear that you didn't experience this. During normal times, we use a Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service and dispatch within 24 hours. Orders typically arrive within 2-3 working days. Huge apologies for the disappointing service that you received. We sincerely hope this hasn't tainted your opinion of us and will consider trying Rollagranola again soon. Thank you.

Sorry to hear that you were not a fan of the whole nuts in the granola. We do use a lot of nuts in all of our products but particularly in the Keto and Paleo lines as they don't contain oats.

“Disappointed I order 4 varieties but sadly I didn’t get free delivery from my first order -be aware! However they arrived I was excited but no not for my family.
