“Great product but looked to get mare and virtually all the 1kg granola options have been out of stock for some time. Ended up shopping elsewhere.”

Hey Paul, sorry to hear that you had to shop elsewhere. We were trialing the 1kg packs and they were very well received (more so than we imagined) so unfortunately we did run out of stock very quickly. However, we are hoping to bring them back soon, apologies!

“Ordered 4 different boxes was happy with products ,could have put bit more in box,delivery was a bit slow,app to order needs to be easy to order,I registered for free delivery when I got to pay postage was added, just found it complicated, and I have already had order, this was my second order”

Sorry to hear that you found our Absolutely Chocolate granola not to your taste. We would recommend serving with some greek yoghurt, berries and a drizzle of maple syrup! If you're looking for something a little sweeter, then you might like to try our Organic & Nutty, Almond & Pecan Crunch or Pecan Maple Twist.

“Loved the granola, its by far he best i have ever tasted and like your advert says, i am tempted to have more for lunch ! The Organic and nutty, it has great taste and some great nuts etc, its delicous Its a great cereal, well done on a great job. Thank you.”

“Having sampled the end of a friend's box of Healthy Hazelnut, took the plunge and made my first order - HH plus Cool Raspberry. The former is gorgeous, nicely filling and very flavoursome. However, as the world's biggest raspberry lover, I was very disappointed in the Cool Raspberry as I feel it has little taste. I will be ordering again and trying some other flavours. My first order was delayed due to production problems but I understand these things happen.”

We are pleased to hear that you are a fan of our Healthy Hazelnut granola but sorry to hear that you were disappointed with our Cool Raspberry line. We use pureed fresh raspberry and apple to help bind the nuts and seeds together in this blend. We don't use freeze dried berries or dried raspberries in this line, which makes it quite different from other fruity granolas. We are so pleased to hear that you will be ordering again! “After discovering (very painfully) what seems like wood in one of the boxes of granola I contacted the support team to discuss this, with photo evidence. No reply from them but then when a representative contacted me to ask if I was happy with the product I explained I was not and also sent him information of the emails previously sent and he then went silent also. Very disappointed with the granola and more so with the lack of customer care. I have asked for a refund and to return the remaining boxes. No reply.”

Hi Lee, Huge apologies for not getting back to your email sooner. I can confirm that a member of the team has now got back to you on this issue and arranged a refund and replacement. We have also forwarded this issue onto our internal Technical Manager, who will review and instigate this further. From the pictures, we are quite sure that the wood is actually apple. Fresh apple is baked for the Zesty Caveman, and then pureed before being added to the mix. It does look like the apple has not been pureed correctly, and therefore dehydrated during the next process. So although not something untoward, we can understand how unpleasant this must have been for you to find. The Zesty Caveman is one of our most popular lines, so we are sorry to hear about your experience and we apologise that you have been unfortunate in this instance.

“Great products and very tasty indeed. I wasn't over the moon with the customer service though. I ordered my first time batch of five different flavours on the 20th of August and they finally arrived on the 30th after stating 2 day postage which was FREE (Discount) because it was my first ever order. I had messaged after three days because it was a bank holiday, but no reply. I messaged again a few days later, also with no reply. I decided to actually phone....but had to leave a message as there was no answer. I do understand lack of ingredients and other issues that hold up the manufacturing process but a simple message reply or courtesy call would have been greatly appreciated.”

“Pretty good variety of granola and excellent quality and tasty too. Have tried the Almond and Pecan which is my favourite so far. But have others still to try. Will surely place repeat order once my current stock is over.”

“I like it and I like the tast but I found some very hard bits and I only have a very few good teeth left which are sensitive and found it hard going to eat, which was a shame, if you have good teeth this would not be a problem. I've brought 3 different flavours, this review is for the cool raspberry have not tried the other yet.”

Apologies for the slow delivery Alan. We did have some issues with raw materials, which had a knock on effect with delivery times and stock. This has thankfully been resolved now but we are sorry to hear that this affected you. We hope you enjoyed your granola too!
