“I enjoyed the 60 minute session - lovely space with a great and relaxing view inside the sauna as well as outside. Loved using the cold bath and then getting into the sauna straight after. Felt so relaxed afterwards!”

“I enjoyed it, but there wasn't really any proper changing facilities and no lockers to store valuables. Plus, I didn't realise that the 'cold plunges' would be so communal that you're just bathing in water that other people have bathed in. It's a cold, static bath, rather than a cold plunge. Wouldn't have minded about these things if it was cheaper, but at £30, I was expecting something a bit more 'premium'.”
