“Cute little get away/ something to do.. Was nice, only downside is - would say.. have background causal music playing But will definitely go again 100%!”

“Great location. Sauna is great, but it would be great if it was possible to rent towls to facilitate those travelling from further afield like us. Sauna mats would help too. Also be nice to be able to book for a bit longer (2hr slot would be great). With your limited space outside, understand not easy to set up a nice resting area, but a cooling fan in the cabin could be the answer?”

“Lovely experience. Beautiful views. Good ice baths and buckets. Only criticism would be that there was a slight gap in the sauna door and you could feel cool air coming in. The sauna reached a good heat though, but it would be good if they fixed that issue.”

“Clean and peaceful. Thank you to Olly and the tea for wlecming me and getting me settled in quickly. I had 60 mins, and recommend you pay attention to the 5 min warning on the timer if you don't fancy getting a gentle reminder your time is up - whcih I heard next door! However, once you are in your cabin, unless you need the toilet, there is no need to leave. meaning anyone wishing to avoid being seen by the opposite gender can enjoy the experience! I have only given 4 stars as I would like to see some sort of loyalty rewards for attending! Still deserving of five!”

“Such a lovely experience but I think staff should be clearer about how long you have to shower / gather yourself after as you are rushed out in quite an brusque manner which feels out of sync with the experience. I understand the need for turnover but the timings and plan should be clearer from the beginning”

“Sauna room fabulous. The plunge pools would be better if they were protected a little from The weather and wind. Thought it was overpriced in comparison to others I’ve used that also have a hot plunge / spa as well. Great views.”

“We really enjoyed a quick evening Sauna. The cabins are a good size for 2, but I would think they'd be a bit tight for 4 people. They might benefit from a foot rest, although we lay down. We liked the view, the individual cabins, and everything was pretty efficient. Changing rooms are a bit basic but fine. We'll come back!”

“Seems that sauna was only just reaching set temperature by the end of the hour and a half session - may need to be switched on slightly earlier for the first session. The gaps in the pod doors now make it uncomfortable to change in the dry section of the pod. Had to wait 7 minutes to be let in at the door downstairs which eats into session.”

“Had a great time and the facilities were amazing. Despite telling staff it was our first time they didn’t explain where to change or how the place worked. We had a few questions that weren’t answered so we just figured it out but this then ended up eating into our allotted time.”

“A really lovely experience - great facilities and incredibly relaxing. The only point I would make is to include lockers in each sauna pod to secure personal items while in the sauna itself - mostly just for personal peace of mind!”

“I love these saunas, they're amazing and the whole expeirence is great. My only complaint is that removing the curtain from each room space has made the experience much less private and less enjoyable. I can't use that area to change like before and it feels less special.”

“Really nice experience with some great views of London. It is quite expensive compared to some saunas but you are paying for the view. The sauna was very good, nice temperature and spacious. I would have liked the plunge pool to be colder hence the 4 star review. For the price, the plunge should be better!”
