“Great space and lovely experience Could have better ambience with chill out music Each guest should be provided a towel as not everyone will be carrying one with them. A few more instructions at each station Not sure if I am meant to reuse the cold bath water after someone else has been in it. Filtered water should be provided in the bar area.”

“Amazing private cabins which make you feel like the entire space is for you. It’s lovely to have hot teas and cold drinks too. The showers in the cabin could benefit from being cold as well as hot.”

“I enjoyed the sauna but a little dissapointed with the temperature of the cold plunge. I was hoping the plunge would be cold and have ice inside. The lady told us it was 14 degree water ( so 1 degree colder than outside). Everything else was great!”

“Rooftop Saunas in London provides a tranquil atmosphere and sauna oils for a refreshing experience. Though the sessions feel a bit short, it's worth the cost for the experience. Yet, they could improve the cleanliness and temperature of the water in the barrels. Despite these small issues, it's a good place for a genuine sauna time in the city.”

“It was a good experience, nice private area. Free drinks and water. It was pretty clean. I think definitely 90mins minimum as the other times might feel rushed especially if you’re with others. It would be nice if towel and robes and slippers were given and if there were hooks to hang your clothes in the chill out space. Other than that it was great! Would recommend”

“Highly recommend the rooftop sauna in London Fields. The saunas themselves were lovely and the space had a cool vibe, we particularly liked the cold bucket showers. My only criticism is the price; £30 for an hour slot is reasonable, however the £15 extra for weekend bookings is a bit ridiculous. Too expensive to do regularly.”

“Our session was excellent but just have a few suggestions for improvement! We attended at 7.30 in late March which is still quite cold, meaning the stone floors were freezing cold and walking around barefoot was actually painful. I would suggest adding flip-flops to the list of items to bring (alongside a towel). The refreshments were great but I worry that canned water is still a bit unsustainable for the amount we were going through in our 90 minutes. Four cans wasn't enough for just two of us, let alone 4 people. I would have also loved to have a cup of coffee at the end. Tea is lovely but some people are coffee people (even if it's instant!). Lastly, this is the first time I've been but I noticed there were some fire pits previously — I didn't see them this time, would be a shame if they are gone for good! Overall really enjoyed it.”

“It was easy to access the place and great view with the sunset in the sauna. Would be better if theres a dressing or changing area with mirrors to redress after the sauna”
