“Beautiful relaxing haven out of the busy London life. Can’t wait to go again! A private cabin is provided with a cool down room with complimentary tea, coffee and water, a private shower and sauna. Outside there are three cold tubs if you’re brave enough and a couple of cold water buckets to dunk on yourself. Truly lovely experience.”

“Absolutely fantastic! As someone who values privacy and calm, this hits the spot! First time of many - the sauna was brilliant and the aromatherapy oils were really lovely too. We are instructed on the site and via email to bring towels so all good for me, I was prepared. The fact that it's tucked away and hasn't got 55 cabins makes it a relaxing, luxury experience. The staff was super friendly too and the tea/coffee was very welcome. Thank you again!!”

“These rooftop saunas are lovely. They are individual huts/cubicles with an adjacent shower along with a place to hang your belongings. I didn't try the dip pools, as I only had 30 mins, but hope to try them next time. The view accross London whilst in your sauna is beautiful and you can see very far on a clear day.”

“Great location. Sauna is great, but it would be great if it was possible to rent towls to facilitate those travelling from further afield like us. Sauna mats would help too. Also be nice to be able to book for a bit longer (2hr slot would be great). With your limited space outside, understand not easy to set up a nice resting area, but a cooling fan in the cabin could be the answer?”

“Lovely experience. Beautiful views. Good ice baths and buckets. Only criticism would be that there was a slight gap in the sauna door and you could feel cool air coming in. The sauna reached a good heat though, but it would be good if they fixed that issue.”

“I've never been before but I will definately be coming back! Thoroughly enjoyed the experience and the views across town are amazing. Everything is very clean and well organised. The plunge baths and cold showers were just perfect when I visited when it was 30c+. Also very easy to get to on the overground and only about a 5 min walk from London Fields station. Thank you so much and would recommend 100%!”
