“It was amazing really clean and lovely space and great to have own cabin the only thing I would say is that the cold bucket and plunge both weren’t very cold to me, either they could be colder for everyone or there’s the option to have ice in there, overall a lovely experience though and will be back :)”

“The place is really clean and relaxing. One thing to watch out for: there's a glass door inside the sauna. You have to crouch to get through the first door, making it hard to see the glass one. My friend bumped his head on it and thought he had a concussion. He had a bit of a headache for the whole session and ended up with a bump on his head. It would be great if they could put some stickers on the glass door to make it more visible.”

“My best friend and I booked an hour long session last minute and it exceeded both our expectations. Truly a brilliant and unique east London experience. Only regret is not booking the 90 minute experience so we had longer. 10/10 would recommend!”
