“Shipping very fast, good packing. I have made several purchases without any incidence and the products in perfect condition and good description. Usually they have good promotions and send the item with fast shipping company so I receive the items in two weeks (EU).”

“I bought 3 XL tops online, 2 of them didn't look like the color on the website pictures. The quality of the fabric and craftsmanship was very poor. The sleeves were so tight I couldn't get my arms in them. They looked like size small/medium but sewn into an XL. In addition, there were burnt spots with holes on the shirts. The items were expensive compared to similar vendors, and delivery was so slow I think it took something like 20 days to arrive. The only thing really good about this company in my experience was their customer service. People are extremely friendly and trying to help solve your issue. They offered me free shipping for returning the items to receive full refund, but I just didn't want to go through the fuss so I picked the option for receiving partial refund and keeping the defective items. So I ended up receiving $20 for the ~$60 I had paid originally.”

“Bonjour, j'ai été satisfaite de la commande que j'ai passé il y a quelques temps de cela mais pas dans son intégralité ; il y a des articles qui faisaient bien à l'écran mais quand je les ai reçu. Le remboursement a eu lieu et je suis contente de voir que quand des articles ne conviennent pas à nos attentes on nous rembourse assez rapidement. Merci. Bonne et agréable journée. Cordialement”

“Rosegal es una pagina confiable, lo que pides llegara, pero hay articulos que no cumplen con la calidad esperada, las tallas aun son reducidas, y en ocaciones el envio puede demorar mas de lo normal. Sus precios son buenos pero podrian ser mas competitivos, en cuestion de regresar dinero, no hay problema alguno, son honestos y justos, jamas e tenido problema con algun refund ya sea dinero o articulo nuevo. Son atentos y serviciales”

“Rosegal is an overseas seller with a strong customer service focus, more akin to local establishments in that regard with regular sales, discounts, and promotions. They do have a large selection of non-contemporary clothing at very affordable prices, so if your looking to find that one piece to complete an outfit there's a good chance they'll have something to fit the bill. It is an overseas seller so delivery times aren't exactly stellar, which is expected and overall has been much better in delivery times than other overseas sellers. But they do offer tracking & will let you know if there are any delays and try to keep you updated on your order.”

“So far I have made several orders from Rosegal and I like their service because they are very cheap and reliable. Rosegal has a wide variety of products and many options for the same type of product. Delivery charges are mostly free. Also, I am able to track my orders via tracking ID and add insurance to my orders. My orders range from Christmass pillow cases, backpack, home decors etc. At Rosegal you can find all sort of things over there by great prices. Rosegal Customer Support works very well. When I ask a question they are very quick to respond and do everything they can to solve problems or clarify my doubts. Rosegal online shopping App is available on Android mobile phone. It works as expected and it is very customer-friendly. I use it all the time. I must say that Rosegal is certainly on of the best option to do my shopping online”

“I have little problems with rosegal.com.The biggest problem is out of stock items but during busy seasons they try to get my items to me as soon as they can get them.Support is always nice about everything.All orders I got so far are great and only taking time to deliver because they are in China outside of my country.”
