“I went to try on 5 items at Ross. The person running the changing rooms told me to rehang the items when I brought them out. I had 5 items and decided to keep 4. I hung the item that I was not keeping, so I could put the rest in my basket, to walk 100 feet to pay for them. The person at the changing room was insistent that I rehang them all, so I could pay for them, and they could unhang them and keep the hangers. I decided to not buy any of it, and they could do the job they were hired to do anyway and hang them themselves. I understand helping out, and rehanging what I didn't want, even though I don't work there, but there was absolutely no reason for me to need to hang the rest of it if I was taking it with me to purchase, especially since Ross keeps all the hangers. It seemed like a disgruntled employee power play. Good luck staying in business with that kind of customer service. You have lost me and my family as customers in the future.”
“I do love Ross but the cashier this past Tuesday, not so much. Ross in St Petersburg, Fl 33710 to be clear. Store 0253. Tuesday is 10% off and the reason for shopping on Tuesday. I had a return and the cashier asked if she could apply it toward my purchase. I agreed, she completed the transaction without the 10% discount. She told me the reason I didn’t get a discount was because I had a return. What? That makes no sense.. The return was my money and today’s purchase is a new transaction. She argued with me and refused to give me the discount. I’m sorry I am the customer and she was wrong. I left without my 10% discount and the reason I had shopped. She may need to be enlightened to how your store works. Possibly she could have asked an associate. She was wrong and I wanted this matter addressed. Picture couldn’t be uploaded for some reason.”
“There are only two cashiers at Nogales Arizona ROSS, the lines are more than an hour to pay, you need to open more, there are 13 lines but never open all.”
“Are you kidding me? Why its the one in Little Rock still open? Their shelves are always empty you can t find nothing you want I don t see the point of keeping that location open”
“shopping in the Ross stores is a chance for making very good deals in many merchandise. Usually we go to the store in Flagler Street and 101 Avenue, Miami, when at the check out time you gonna find two cashiers and a line of customers of more than twenty people. The management team in that place sucks because this scenario is very recurrent.”
“I have had the opportunity to buy in different Ross stores and I always recommend it, they have very good merchandise, good prices and a lot of variety. Obviously there are so many things that sometimes one spends hours reviewing something that suits one's taste, but I do it relaxed and I always leave satisfied.”
“Went to Ross in Westwood today near UCLA. They had amazing deals on shorts that were stylish and comfortable, so I purchase several. Their shoe selection was more than I had expected and I purchased a pair of brown leather Hilfiger shoes for $25. I would highly recommend people to check out their deals as they have a huge selection. My friend also purchased some dress shirts their at an attractive price as well.”
