I may be wrong, but isn’t it a requirement to clean up the store each day? This store at 10:30 in the morning was in complete disaster. I’ve never been to a Ross store in this condition unless it was just days before Christmas. Clothes were in piles on top of the racks and piled under the racks. Shoes were piled up around the try on bench. I got tripped up twice walking around home goods section where items were just laying out in the floor at the end caps. Miserable experience from a location I used to love to shop. I attempted to load pictures but this system wouldn’t upload. Tried multiple to only one photo.”

I took my mom shopping at the Chino, CA Ross dress for less store. Store manager Francis Lopez. My mom recently had a stroke and she now walks with a limb. She and I noticed two employees a cashier and security guard laughing at her. This made her feel self-conscious and got me very upset. I didn't want to make a seen in the store so I thought I would just tell my story online instead.
Ive read some of the other reviews and a recent racial discrimination against the company. So I now know that this not just me.”

The shoe sensors have not stopped beeping since we entered the store 30 minutes ago. This location is 2915 Vineland rd kissimmee fl. I understand we are in a tourist area, however this is the time of year that we are NOT BUSY. You need to do much better than this. Plenty of employees working yet not ONE of them came to the front to assist. You need to retrain your managers here at this location because this is embarrassing for your stores. “I went to shop at a Ross store in Harker Hts. Texas recently. I was picked out and targeted by one of their employees and became a victim of racist bias. My cashier gave me the price, however another cashier refused to give me the correct price for my piece of clothing and she wasn’t waiting on me.
