This store is always a mess! Security and the lady who guards the dressing rooms take their jobs way too seriously. Dressing room attendant has to physically examine each item closely, touch each item, and can not add past 5. Horrible experience. Very rude personnel! Do not recommend shopping here u less you need a reason to be angry.

The reason they have decent prices. Is they don't have enough people working. I felt so bad for the two ladies working Wednesday, July 9th at the Northgate mall in Hixson, TN. The line was 8 deep. One cashier. 10 people in the dressing room. Alarms were going off in the kids shoe department. Which gives me anxiety. So I walked around asking g if anyone worked there. No I e else around. I left won't be back. Is rather ship were employees are not being over worked and taken advantage.

The store on McCarran Blvd in Sparks should be permanently closed! Dressing rooms are closed, bathrooms are cl I seduced and shelves are not stocked. Never more than 2 people at registers regardless of the line. When they DO open a dressing room I was told it's only after 3:30! As an elderly person this doesn't work for me when all of the teens are there. This store has been bad for a long time but thought I'd give it one more chance today but I left without buying anything because I couldn't use a dressing room though I intended to buy at least 10 things that were already in my cart. I was also informed this store has a very high theft rate which just confirms to me it should be closed! Security just stands up front by the door...in the meantime I saw people in aisles with small items that could be easily put in pockets so the fact that they need to see a receipt for your bags doesn't matter. Also they never looked in customers bags so they are useless for theft control...

Visited the Ross in mays landing nj and they closed the main dressing room in the back of store at 9:45 pm. The clerk told us to ask the manager to open the 2 front dressing rooms which are usually used once the main was closes. He said "no". So , who isn't doing their job? And since when do we close dressing room OVER an hour befofe closing? (which is 11PM ) Terrible customer service. People were trying on things in the aisles. And the clerks watched and let them. Pathetic.

Clothes at a thrift store are better than Ross..the store is terrible I purchased a pink shirt 2 days later I realized the shirt had no buttons I take it back for a full refund..why did it take 20 minutes with a receipt to get a full refund the lady asking me all kinds of questions I'll never shop there again!!!

The lines are ridiculous. Rarely do you have more than 1 person checking out. I'm at the Baybrook store on a Sunday and only one person checking.

Ross would not give me my money back. I purchased a cologne that was bad. The lady said no return because it was open. I tried to explain that the colgne was bad. She said oh well. That's what happens when you buy it here. That's why it is marked down.

Well, aside from the location being very convenient for me, I must say I'm pleased. I moved to this city a little over 10 years ago, and I remember visiting this store located on Centerville Rd, in Garland TX. During the Christmas holidays, everything looked very clean and organized, as it still is today. On that occasion, among the cashiers was a very kind and attentive lady, whose name is Nancy. I continue to see her working at the same store. I was very pleased to see her and thank her for her service. Ross, you are lucky to have people like Nancy working with you.

I made the mistake of not conducting proper research before using their services. A more careful review of the company could have revealed some red flags, and customer reviews might have shed light on potential issues. Fortunately, I had the chance to connect with COVSECLTD, who took my concerns seriously. The team responded promptly and worked hard to address the problem. Store #0767 in Greensboro, NC I may be wrong, but isn’t it a requirement to clean up the store each day? This store at 10:30 in the morning was in complete disaster. I’ve never been to a Ross store in this condition unless it was just days before Christmas. Clothes were in piles on top of the racks and piled under the racks. Shoes were piled up around the try on bench. I got tripped up twice walking around home goods section where items were just laying out in the floor at the end caps. Miserable experience from a location I used to love to shop. I attempted to load pictures but this system wouldn’t upload. Tried multiple to only one photo.

I shop at Ross and find some great deals. Within the length of years I’ve been shopping there. The fashions are the same. When you find something you like, it’s not in your size. I just read a little about sa big change is about to happen at Ross and customers won’t be happy……… well hire some buyers who will buy more in sizes and styles. I guarantee you business will pick up.

Liwliwa I lost my purse today with my car key and good cash amount in an envelope. To the person who returned to the security while I was getting crazy finding inside the store. I can’t thank enough the honesty you have and you have a very pure heart I wish I could make something in return but may GOD bless you more of your pure heart! The Ross store is located in Rockville Pike MD. Thank you also both to the security on duty I’ve got their attention while I was looking on my valuables and handed to me.Lucky day indeed 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼😇

I want the manager of the Ross Valencia store to know what an honest & pleasant employee they have in their store. That employee is Bri Hernandez. Bri found a lost signed check, payable to CASH in the pet dept. & got my address & sent it by mail to me. This action restored my belief in humanity. I hope Bri is rewarded in some way.

I was at the Ross store in Cordova Mall, Pensacola, FL, and Sonya, the cashier, impressed me so much with her warm & friendly smile, efficient help, and delightful personality! She's the best!!!

I've been in ross in Coral Ridge Mall no longer than 15 min, lost my card and the manager Alexander told me he's busy instead of assisting me. Someone couldve have been shopping with my card. No Help.

I will NEVER shop at another Ross Dress for Less again!! I have had way too many bad incidents shopping at Ross. Which I believe are racist related. I would definitely give this review no stars but there's not a no star option. I took my mom shopping at the Chino, CA Ross dress for less store. Store manager Francis Lopez. My mom recently had a stroke and she now walks with a limb. She and I noticed two employees a cashier and security guard laughing at her. This made her feel self-conscious and got me very upset. I didn't want to make a seen in the store so I thought I would just tell my story online instead. Ive read some of the other reviews and a recent racial discrimination against the company. So I now know that this not just me.

I would like to commend Monique (employee 2431721) for her outstanding customer service!!! At the time she worked at the Ross store at 396 N. Moorpark Rd in Thousand Oaks. I had an issue returning something and she went above and beyond to help me resolve my issue. I was impressed with her kindness, resourcefulness, and perseverance during our lovely interaction.
