I understand we are in a tourist area, however this is the time of year that we are NOT BUSY. You need to do much better than this. Plenty of employees working yet not ONE of them came to the front to assist. You need to retrain your managers here at this location because this is embarrassing for your stores. If not for the return I need to make, I would NOT be in here. Check out shouldn’t take as long as the Harry Potter rides at universal. Please do better.”
“I bought a glass vase from a Ross Store. They did not wrap the glass after I purchased it and it chipped while I was taking it home in my room. This is the first place that I bought something fragile and not wrapped up in either plastic or paper.”

“I went to try on 5 items at Ross. The person running the changing rooms told me to rehang the items when I brought them out. I had 5 items and decided to keep 4. I hung the item that I was not keeping, so I could put the rest in my basket, to walk 100 feet to pay for them. The person at the changing room was insistent that I rehang them all, so I could pay for them, and they could unhang them and keep the hangers. I decided to not buy any of it, and they could do the job they were hired to do anyway and hang them themselves. I understand helping out, and rehanging what I didn't want, even though I don't work there, but there was absolutely no reason for me to need to hang the rest of it if I was taking it with me to purchase, especially since Ross keeps all the hangers. It seemed like a disgruntled employee power play. Good luck staying in business with that kind of customer service. You have lost me and my family as customers in the future.”
