“I had a bad initial job done by another company (NOT Rothwells) on natural granite stone. Rothwells came understood problem and fixed it. Their knowledge, care and attention to detail have a made a bad job now totally bearable. Amazing service I would highly recommend”

“Excellent service from the time I was quoted and an appointment was confirmed. A lady called Gemma arrived to do the work. She was very pleasant and my carpets looked like new when she'd finished!”

“It is very clear that Rothwell's prides itself on its efficient and friendly service, from first contact right through to delivery and invoicing - a personal approach is taken at each stage. Our 25+ years old Gabbeh rug is a delight to see - brighter and springy once again. We would thoroughly recommend Rothwell's.”

“A big thank you to Rothwells and to Mitchell & Gemma for their competence and determination in dealing with our challenging sofas and chair. They have given these offending pieces of furniture a new lease of life. All arrangements including time-keeping were excellent and we were pleased to be able to retain the fans for a couple of days to speed up the drying process. We will certainly be recommending your highly professional company.”

“What a fantastic job they did - i have been soo precious about the carpets since - shoes in the house?!! The kids laugh about it now - but there are no shoes in the house. We were contemplating changing the carpet - but they look as good as new. The cleaning team were so kind - moving things back where they were and just wonderful. I will certainly be calling back in a couple of years. Tabitha”

“Based on the service we received, I can highly Rothwell's. We had all our upholstery and carpets cleaned at the same time and the team were very professional, well organised and thorough and we were delighted with the end result. Throughout the process, care and attention was given to ensure the minimum of mess and disruption.”

“Rothwell’s cleaned our Lounge carpet, 2 sofas and an armchair. What an amazing outcome. It has given them all a new lease of life. We are extremely happy with their work. The two people who came to clean were so courteous and obviously very conscientious. We would definitely recommend them 100%. Thank you”
