“Fantastic service from start to finish! So professional, efficient, helpful and my carpets are looking like new. I’d like to thank all of the team at Rothwell’s from the admin team to Graham who completed the job. I would truly recommend this wonderful company and will be using it again myself.”

“Every interaction I had, from my initial email through to the return home of my rugs, the staff were helpful and friendly. The staff instilled confidence in me in there ability to care for my rugs and to do a thorough job. Confidence that was not misplaced. My rugs have returned home clean and smelling wonderful. I can highly recommend Rothwells Cleaning Service.”

“I sought an estimate from Rothwells as I needed someone to clean & seal my brick floor & needed someone who specialises in this area. From the first phone call up until the final visit, the entire service was first class. Dependable, highly professional, extremely knowledgable, tidy and courteous. “We’re so impressed with Rothwells. They collected our old, very dirty rug which had been in storage for years and returned a rug which looks nearly brand new. Really fast, professional service. Couldn’t recommend them enough.”

“As usual, Rothwells have cleaned my carpets beautifully, knowing they are experienced I choose to have them done each year. With dogs in the house it is important to have them cleaned regularly and to be confident that they are cleaned by professionals.”

“Rothwells recently steamcleaned my rental property for me. They steamcleaned all the carpets on all floors as well as the mattresses. I was worried about how long things would take to dry because of the recent constant wet weather and my tight timeline. However, they very kindly lent me industrial-grade fans to help with the drying out. Together with my dehumidifier, things were 80% dry. There was a slight smell for the first 24 hours which I think was from some of the stain chemicals. However, it was gone after 36 hours. They were not the cheapest. However, the comms with Oliver in the office were good and he was very helpful when I was concerned about being able to move furniture. Andy the technician on the day was good humoured, proactive and very patient. Would happily work with them again.”

“Andrew did an amazing job of cleaning our carpets. It was the first time the carpets had been cleaned and he managed to remove several stains. The whole process was very easy and he replaced all the furniture back to the original place. I would highly recommend Rothwell's to anyone wishing to have their carpets cleaned. I was so happy, that I sent my rug away to be cleaned too.”

Thank you for the review. I am glad your genrally happy but sorry it took a bit longer than average to dry, this can happen if the carpets are thicker or higher levels of soiling require a bit more water to be used to get them clean or if the area is cold when cleaning. Turning the heating up & opening windows should speed up the drying, we can also leave large airmovers sometimes to help speed up the drying.
