“We were very happy with Graham and his attitude towards your customers. He was helpful and carried out his duties with confidence. One small point in your survey letter - it should read: I really hope you "were" (not where!!) …...”

“Rothwell’s cleaned our Lounge carpet, 2 sofas and an armchair. What an amazing outcome. It has given them all a new lease of life. We are extremely happy with their work. The two people who came to clean were so courteous and obviously very conscientious. We would definitely recommend them 100%. Thank you”

“It was great, Andrew and Gemma did a fantastic job. My only reason for not giving 5 stars was the residual smell, but I guess that can't really be helped. It has lingered several days though. The actual cleaning was first class, I am very pleased, and have already recommended you to a friend, who I think is considering an estimate. I'll be back to you in a couple of years when it will need doing again.”

“Hi, I'm sorry - I did write a review the day following the completion of the work. I was extremely happy with both Mitchell's work and his dedicated attention to detail. In my estimation the work is better than I hoped for. Will you please thank him on our behalf. Regards, Les Kitto.”
