“Clear, honest and comprehensive service. Even after completing purchase of flights emails and questions would be responded to with answers and assistance. Many might use the word professional but that is a very patronising way of describing a service that simply has real people who care about customers and have common sense and listen. Would use again as and when I need their services.”

“I needed a cheap flight going to specific places which included connecting internal travel with a bicycle. What I though was going to be complex turned out to be straight forward and hassle free due the service being very considerate and helpful. I would recommend the company to anyone looking to travel.”

“Sanjay was a great help when finding our flights. He got us the best deal and on the dates required. No mesing around, no stalling or pushing for custom, just grwat customer service which is hard to find today in the market place. “Twice we have travelled round the world to spend time in New Zealand. Each time RTW has made all the flight bookings and helped us with some of our accommodation requests. “My husband and I were planning a round the world trip. We gave James at round the world flights our itinerary and a suggestion of how long we wanted to be in each place. We also gave details of when night flights would be appropriate. James worked it all out for us, we made a minor change and booked it. The trip was great, not one problem. I did change my email address between booking and departing and notified James who responded straight away noting the change. We thought the service was excellent and will be using them again next year.”

“Geoff has sorted out my tickets for my last few big trips. He always knows the way to route flights for best value and understands that plans adjust as new ideas come to light. I always recommend friends to get a quote from the RTW team and think you should give them a try, too. PS You don't have to be going round the world to get the most from their ticket-buying advice and yes, they probably will get you a better deal than Googling for a longer-than-a-fortnight trip.”

“They are very professional and because there's and agent who takes care of your trip so they get in touch back if there are any changes. I had a return ticket from Auclank to Spain and Geoff offered me a much better connection a week before left. That saved me five airport hours!!!! at no extra charge. I have used it twice, once a trip around the world with no less that 8 stops and this year a round trip to New Zealand from Spain. Very reliable agency.”
