“I just got home from my amazing 3 month trip to South-East Asia. I planned my trip at roundtheworldflights and got an amazing price for my flights. We had no problems except one incident when we were flying to Singapore and we didn't have any lunch included in the flight - But it wasn't a big deal. One more thing that 1 flight was delayed for 4 hours but we just bought another one for 100$ - As I said, it didn't ruin the trip and it was pretty much up too us if we wanted to wait or just buy a new ticket. I'm really glad that i chose this agency because they flew with the best airlines. Flying from London-Dubai, Dubai-Beijing, Dubai-London with Emirates airlines was so nice! I'm so happy with roundtheworldflights that I'm thinking of planning another trip next year - and hopefully they can help me. I planned my other trip through Simon - and he's the best! He called me all the way to Iceland just to plan the trip. I really like how they handle things at roundtheworldflights. Im giving them the 'Excellent' review simply because they are the best. “Round the world flights have been truly fantastic from start to finish of my round the world trip. Really helpful, patient, responsive, efficient and totally reliable and trustworthy. I feel one hundred per cent safe knowing they will respond so quickly whatever needs doing and are completely there for you whatever you need , .I will be using them again as soon as possible for my next trip. They also make travel really exciting as it seems so reasonably priced to fly round the world stopping off wherevever you fancy rather than there and back to Australia New Zealand etc. I will be recommending them to everyone as the best way to travel . Stuart in particular has been my main contact and all of the above the whole way through. And when I got sick he changed my flight for me with only 10 hours notice. Thanks to you guys. you are legends Mandy Rust”

“I'm still traveling Round The World and have now enjoyed 9 months of my year trip in South Asia and heading for Australia and NZ. My journey started with Stuart who helped me with my route and which flights to take for my trip as at that point I had no idea but know now that he knows his stuff as my 'loop' through S-E Asia went well. During my trip I had to change my dates many times as as Stuart predicted I'm having a great time so spend a lot more time in each country which meant I had to prolong my trip to the full year. Every time Stuart or one of his colleagues would get back to me and change me flights or put me on a waiting list so I didn't have to go or deal with local travel agents and language barriers. This is very useful and something less to worry about.I can highly recommend the guys at the Angel branch and would visit them again for my next trip or travel in 2014. Angelique Belle”

“Helpful (thanks James), great advice and experienced. Really put me on the right path and saved me a lot by suggesting an alternative route to the one I had found on the Star alliance site. I aslos got free date changes all through my trip and help getting out of Vietnam when the weather turned just awful. I would highly recommend them to anyone”

“I have used RTWF on a number of occasions for both business and leisure trips. The attention to detail of the customer's needs and general service is first rate, with staff always patiently searching for the best flight options and other passenger requests, as well as ensuring everything pre-trip is in order (visas, etc). The staff are friendly and also respond quickly to phone or email queries. A credit to the world of travel agencies and good old fashioned customer service. Kevin May”

“I have used RTWF now for over a year. I am a heavy user of international travel with about 20 Intercontinental trips a year. I use Stuart and his team for the majority of these bookings. Previously I used Trailfinders. I have found in general that I can get better flight prices from RTWF than other agents. Their customer service is good and responsive. They are also reliable which I find is a rare attribute these days. I would recommend using the team and thank them for their service. Dont let the standards slip boys and girls!!! “I have used the RTW flight team for 2 round the world trips and am currently towards the end of my second year away. Having researched costs I can say they offer the best value and most comprehensive flights packages around, without a doubt. They also have vast personal experiences travelling so you can trust that there are none better qualified to handle your round the world journey. Where the team really excel however is the free concierge service they provide throughout the duration of your ticket. I have changed my and my girlfriends dates and even routes multiple times, sometimes at very short notice. 9 times out of 10 these changes have not incurred a cost which would not be the case if you were dealing with the airline direct. These changes are done within 2-3 emails and are handled effortlessly. I have been very very impressed with the service I received so much so that I will not even bother researching other companies when booking flights again. In my opinion the RTW team are unrivalled with a service rooted in excellence.”

“I am now at the end of my incredible trip, travelling in two continents, traversing 8 or 9 time zones on land, meeting different races, various cultures and many incomprehensible tongues and scripts. It has been a wonderful experience and education. Trip has been very well organised. I must admit I was a bit apprehensive at the start of my journey but as I went on, I became more confident. Now when people stop me in market place in Gt. Yarmouth and ask me if I had done this trip or not, I know what answer to give. They all know about this trip. In 2007 when I retired, I told the reporter of Eastern Daily Press who came to interview me. As you pointed out, this trip is difficult, not many people do it. At my age of 71yrs. I have managed to do it, for which I feel very proud, physically in excellent shape to undertake the stress and strain of 9500 km train journey. Best wishes from Ulan Bataar. “Dear Geoff, You booked a round the world trip which I recently completed Just to say that everything went very well and so many thanks for the excellent service. Incidentally it's worth noting that going back via Newark worked well because there's an efficient direct train service from Washington which stops at Newark Airport. The cost of the fare for two plus taxi from our hotel to the station in Washington wasn't much more than the cost of the taxi to Washington Dulles. Yours sincerely Charles M, May 2013”
