“The customer service at RouteMaster Hire was very good, they were completely in control of the booking and the arrangements and I did not have to worry about reconfirming or anything as they contacted me and were very proactive. The bus was amazing! and the service was great! would recommend to anyone looking for transport for any occasion. Very reliable!”

“We booked a bus to take us to and from an NFL game at Wembley. Jennie was very helpful, responsive, and nice throughout the entire process and the day of the event. The day went seamlessly - they arrived early for the pick-up and were there on time to pick-us up. Jennie and the driver were very patient with a lot of very enthusiastic NFL fans on the way there and back. It was a lot of fund having the double decker bus for the event. I would highly recommend this company.”

“I booked a old red London bus for a family wedding with only a week to go....I found Jennie & the bus driver extremely helpful & brilliant on the day.the bus put a smile on everyone's faces & was a great start to the day,I would recommend route master to anyone.5 stars!”

“The planning and organisation before the day was very good and Jennie was always very helpful with any questions we had. The bus itself arrived with plenty of time to get people on and was clean and well maintained. All our wedding guests loved it to travel to the reception in, it made it a proper London wedding!!”

“Absolutely brilliant company, couldn't recommend them enough, I hired a bus for my wedding party to get from the reg office to the reception, it arrived on time, the guest loved it and said how convenient and such a great idea it was, all my guest got to the reception on time and all together, thank you again :) And not to mention I called them 5 days before my wedding and they still accommodated me :)”
