“Amazing service. Quick to respond to any questions prior to the day. The day itself we were able to fully enjoy the day and bus ride with our guests thanks to the team aboard who managed everything including taking care of serving all our guests drinks and top ups! Awesome experience and plus highly recommend!”

“The booking was helpful and friendly. They arrived slightly early. They had checked the route so they could make it to the venue through narrow roads. Everyone loved the ride. It made wonderful photos. A great success.”

“We hired RouteMaster to transport our guests for our Civil Partnership. Dean was an amazing host keeping everyone topped up with drinks. The bus and crew got everyone in the party spirit, you couldn't stop our guests cheering at absolutely nothing!! Everyone very happy. “We recently hired a bus from Routemaster Hire to take our guests to the wedding reception. Everyone thought the bus journey through central London was one of the highlights of the day. Organising the event was a real pleasure with Jennie being exceptionally helpful. The two guys on the day were great and kept the drinks topped up! Great job - thank you Andy & Em”

“A Fantastic Day Out! We hired the routemaster to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday and took a tour around London. Jennie and Chris, our driver, were very professional and had a lovely friendly approach in welcoming us on board the bus and making sure everything ran smoothly. From the time of my first contact with Jennie she was so helpful, she listened to all our requests and made them happen effortlessly. The bus itself was in tip top condition and was a real credit to the company who have restored it to its original 1960s condition and it was surprisingly comfortable. Our 90 year aunt made it aboard and even went up to the top deck thanks to Jennie's patience and help. We hired the bus for the minimum four hours and with 20 people on board it was more economical than you might expect. Overall the day was amazing, even the weather was good to us and it was all a surprise for my husband and the look on his face as the bus came down the hill to greet him was an absolute picture!”

“an excellent experience for a group of 30 senior executives from the banking industry. everything was perfectly organised, no waiting at all, the bus driver chose the best and quickest route to get us to the destination through busy London centre. the administrative staff is friendly, quick in responding to emails and calls and easily adapt to last minute changes. upon arrival, they helped us to guide the group to the point of destination. a separate thank you to the guide! his stories on London history and architecture were very interesting and fun at the same time. lots of facts we have never heard of. his manner was entertaining and captivating! time flew really quickly. absolutely perfect! thank you very much! “Used this company for my wedding in early December 2016 and they were flawless. Two buses waiting exactly when and where we'd asked them to be and the guys on board the buses made our wedding guests really welcome. Guests were on board and on the move really quickly. Lots of my Scottish family got a nice touch of London on the 2mile journey. Thank you so much.”

“Second time I've used Routemasterhire and their service was excellent both times. Communication / organization before the event was clear, quick, helpful and friendly. They also were able to get us a great blue badge guide for the event. It's a family-run business and Jennie was with us from our initial booking through the tour on the day for me and my 45 guests. They arrived on time and were very flexible and fun - I have no complaints (other than the London weather at times!). We got a great tour and some great pictures to remember it by. Thanks to Jennie, Chris and Stan!”
