“We had a London wedding but even still, requested the buses to take our guests from the Church to our reception venue as we wanted them all to arrive at the same time. RouteMaster Hire were very responsive to our many queries throughout the process. All our guests loved the experience. We decided to buy some fizz to help our guests settle into the journey. RouteMaster Hire took received delivery for us, provided glasses and sorted the disposal of bottles. Over all my wife and I are extremely pleased with the service provided and wish we had been on the buses too!”

The service provided by Jennie and her team was efficient, effective, friendly and just perfect in every way. Jennie went above and beyond to help with all arrangements and the Routemasters were a big hit with all the party guests. Huge thanks from a very happy customer.”

“Absolutely brilliant! I would have given 10 stars if this was an option. I booked the bus for our wedding last week - it could not have been more perfect or more fun. Jennie and the driver (Bernie) were great. They arrived on time (actually they arrived 45 minutes early and waited, which on your wedding day is a relief) and even called me the day before just to confirm all arrangements. When I was ready Jennie was so welcoming and she ran down the road to meet me with an umbrella as it was raining. The bus was beautiful and gleaming. Even passers-by were taking pictures as it looked so great. The bus went on to take our guests to the reception venue - there was prosecco, white ribbons and music playing - a real party on board which got our wedding off to a perfect start. Jennie also gave us the personalised bus banner with our names on to keep, and she let my little nephew help in giving out the tickets on the bus which he loved. Before the wedding Jennie was helpful, kind, organised and very fast in responding to all our queries. All in all I could not recommend this company highly enough. I'm trying to think of an excuse to hire it again!”

“We hired an old Routemaster for our wedding, to take a group of family and friends to the venue in central London. The booking process was very easy, Jennie was very helpful throughout and was on the bus with us on the day. The price was also very competitive. It was fun driving though London having all the tourists wanting to take photos of the bridal party! We highly recommend RouteMaster Hire!! Polly & Ben”

“Am so glad we used this company for my mums 80th birthday! They were so accommodating and friendly and coped so well with the 46 mad family members and friends that we had on the day!! The bus was clean and beautifully decorated for Christmas and Bernie and John were very helpful from start to finish. Whole process was easy and straight forward from the initial contact and booking to events on the actual day. We had a great time and my mum was absolutely thrilled. Huge thank you to Jennie for answering all my questions on the phone and email and letting me drive her mad about all the details!!! Would definitely recommend this company to others.”

“We had a fantastic time on our Routemaster hire, for our office Christmas party. The bus was clean, on time and had all the facilities we needed and additions we had requested for our journey from Chiswick to Tower Bridge. The staff were very helpful, both on the night and in the lead up to the hire, where they answered any queries we had promptly. We would certainly recommend Routemaster to others who are looking for something really unique and fun for their events!”

“The entire process with RouteMaster Hire has been very pleasant, smooth and efficient. I hired two Route Masters for a private event with a pick on a busy road. The team made great efforts to be located nearby and coordinate with me in order to be at the right place at the right time. Both Jennie who I spoke to throughout the booking process as well as David the coordinator on the day were very lovely to deal with. I will most certainly use their services again. “I'm not one for reviews, but we are always quick to complain, but I felt I just needed to tell the world about Routemasterhire.com From start to finish the level of service was first class. Starting with Jennie in the office who made booking the bus such a simple and pleasurable experience. If I needed to change anything Jennie was more than happy to accommodate us if possible. On the day of our celebration the Bus turn up early, fully decked out with a wonderful personal blind at the front, The bus was clean and the driver 'Rob' was very helpful, giving us information on our route, and how long it might take due to traffic. It's the little things that makes something like this so special. This was a celebration of my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary and I couldn't have asked for a better service from start to finish from Jennie and her team. First class, and I would HIGHLY recommend ROUTEMASTERHIRE.COM to anyone who wants a trip down memory lane, with a bit of nostalgia from a highly professional company. Thank you”

“Fantastic way to start your wedding day. A big red bus waiting for you and your wedding party. Especially for the kids, my five boys and eight bridesmaid loved it. Got to sit in the drivers seat and ring the bell. Lovely to travel to the church in. And for the rest of the guests to enjoy aswell after the service to get to the venue. The staff were absolutely fantastic very accommodating and nice. My youngest keeps asking where his bus is. Left us with some wonderful memories on such a special day. So a massive thanks to Jenny and her team. Xxxxx”

“Jennie, and everyone at Routemaster Hire were all really lovely, from our first enquiry to the day itself. Jennie was very prompt at replying to our questions and liaising with the driver to confirm the route we wanted was possible. Many guests have commented on how much they enjoyed the journey in the vintage routmaster and that they loved seeing the London landmarks, so thank you Jennie, John, Chris and all at Routmaster Hire!”
