“The communication during the claim was very poor. Nobody kept me updated or let me know when my phone had been recieved nor when it would return. I had to call and chase, was told will get an email update and never did. Phone just turned up one day. The screen was fixed to an okay standard, every now and again it will black out or glitch which it has never done before. It also has gone fuzzy a few times but that has stopped now. I am glad my phone is no longer smashed but overall it would been much better to pay £40 and get it fixed in a shopping mall.”

Hi Alex. We're very pleased to have successfully fixed your phone, although we're sorry to hear you felt communication was poor. We send automated emails and texts at every step of the claim/repair process so there must have been an IT error if you didn't receive some or all of these.

“Just started cover with this company. It was quick and easy, and the cost is very effective as well. I have read reviews which made me go for this company over another. All in all, their web site is very equipped and provided me with all the information I needed and I didn't even have to pick up the phone.”
