Wish I'd read the reviews of this place first. Total rip off. Shrivelled flowers with half the petals missing and they haven't bothered to reply to my complaint email. AVOID....

Looks nothing like they do on the website, very very poor. Payed 80 pound for roses and might as well of booked a night away somewhere.

Ordered flowers 2 and half weeks in advance then I get an email at 21:40 last night saying my ordered has been cancelled! Absolutely shocking

Feb 13th. They cancelled my order at 22:00 the day before Valentine’s Day! Just unforeseen circumstances given as the excuse. Not to mention the refund will take up to five working days! Not professional. Do not use this company.

Paid for teh flowers 2 weeks in advance to make sure thwy arrive and they canceled on the night before delivery.You decide.

DO NOT RELY UPON THIS FLORIST !!!! My order was CANCELLED the night before delivery was due. How can anyone stay in business with such terrible customer service. The money has even been taken from my bank. Having been in business myself for many years, I find it very hard to believe that this is a thriving florist !!!!!

Wish there was a zero these are the most horrible flowers I think iv ever seen to think of the price of them actually makes me sick pleas every one do no use this company I could get better ones from Aldi!! Absolutely a disgrace destroyed valentines for me and my fiancée how do you people get away with it. Honestly nothing like the photos they actually look fake also there is not 70 as What I was supposed to get honestly outraged 🤢 pleas don’t use guys!!!

There was no feed or instructions as said on the website and were delivered looking like they were dieing already. Extremely not happy and would like a full refund or new flowers!

Wish there is zero star! I ordered flowers for £60 for my old auntie as she just had surgery, delivery stated delivered to resection with poor photo for many boxes above each other! And my aunt lives in house there is no receptiob or flats! Don’t know where the flowers delivered! I contacted customer service and left another message via website! No response at all! £60 pound gone! And flowers disappeared

Flowers for a special Birthday arrived last Thursday. Received a huge box with the ‘Hat box’ tucked away in the bottom third. Alstroemeria looked floppy so I added some water into the very light packaging and hoped it would ‘perk up’. It didn’t. 3 days after receipt and keeping on the cool side, the roses started to lose their petals. I’ve been waiting for the carnations and roses to open up a bit, but don’t think they will now. Very, very disappointing, especially as I know my friends spent a lot of money on it. Gutted.

False advertising, a few drooping, dying flowers thrown in a box and padded out with greenery. Overpriced and disappointing, not even the right colour scheme and certainly not arranged! Hugely disappointing and spoilt what was meant to be something special for a dear sisters 92nd birthday! Photos show ordered item and received item -delivered Wednesday but photographed Friday due to nursing home visiting hours…. So much for Roxana Flowers seven day freshness promise!

I ordered funeral flowers and paid £12 extra for them to be delivered at a specific time. I received 2 confirmation emails with the correct time and date. I then received a dpd email saying the flowers would be delivered the day after I wanted them. I contacted Roxanas and they said to ignore the email. On the day of the funeral I received another email from dpd saying the slot was booked for an hour after the funeral!! I contacted Roxanas again via whatsapp and they read the message and did not reply! I rang them and it said the number was not in use and I also sent them an email. I have had no response at all. Also I don’t even know when or where the flowers were actually delivered as I had no update from dpd about them. Absolutely appalling, do not use them.

Funeral flowers not delivered at a very distressing time.Courier advised flowers were delivered but were not.Unable to speak to anyone by phone and had to e mail.Received a refund and a paltry 'sorry' for an appalling service.Were quick to take money but clearly unable to provide service.Do not risk using this company!

Funeral flowers delivered a day early which would have been very upsetting for the beareved. Cannot get through on telephone and no answer to email . I would never use this company again. Very very disappointed

During the ordering process I tried to use the PayPal link at the bottom of the payments page. However this is not real and you cannot pay by pay pal which is misleading. Trying to do so caused an error in the ordering process which led to the flowers being delivered to me instead of to my friend. I was also disappointed with the quality of the flowers. However I contacted Roxanas and they arranged for another, extremely beautiful, bunch of flowers to be delivered the next day and My friend was delighted with these. I would had added a photo as suggested but there is no link to do so.

I’m not happy with the service at all. The flowers came one day early as I booked it for mother’s day and paid more money for that day. The flowers looks off already since they came and there is no card with the flowers as I ordered the card too. I never would order from them again!

Very bad service delivery didn't made on time you guys run out the surprise wich supposed to be day after and you did delivery one day before very annoying!!!!

5 Star Service ! Contacted them at 9.55 pm by email to ask if they could kindly make sure that they delivered the flowers at around 12.30 to make sure they would be in and within 5 minutes I received an email relpy saying yes, no problem ! This is the kind of service you need when you're in a panic for a very special occasion ! Can't than you enough !
