“During the ordering process I tried to use the PayPal link at the bottom of the payments page. However this is not real and you cannot pay by pay pal which is misleading. Trying to do so caused an error in the ordering process which led to the flowers being delivered to me instead of to my friend. I was also disappointed with the quality of the flowers. However I contacted Roxanas and they arranged for another, extremely beautiful, bunch of flowers to be delivered the next day and My friend was delighted with these. I would had added a photo as suggested but there is no link to do so.”
