“Flowers for a special Birthday arrived last Thursday. Received a huge box with the ‘Hat box’ tucked away in the bottom third. Alstroemeria looked floppy so I added some water into the very light packaging and hoped it would ‘perk up’. It didn’t. 3 days after receipt and keeping on the cool side, the roses started to lose their petals. I’ve been waiting for the carnations and roses to open up a bit, but don’t think they will now. Very, very disappointing, especially as I know my friends spent a lot of money on it. Gutted.”
