“took my 986 Boxster for 4 new ps4's and a full geo. Pre arranged several weeks before hand. Took a day off work to visit the local area & do some sightseeing while the work was being done. late in the afternoon around 4 we get a call to say the tyres did not arrive & the car would not be ready until tomorrow. No apology just blame put on the transport company & its not our fault. Well I disagree. any other business would get the tyres in a day before had. So we returned the next day only to find we had to wait again until gone 5 pm to collect the car, another day wasted. Once it was finished again no apology, customer service or concern from the office staff. I feel If I had brought a GT3 RS in needing tyres it would have been a different story. a real shame because I own several Porsches the 986 being only 1 of them. RPM you have let yourselves down IMO. I had heard such good things about you. But my 1st impression (of which you can only have one) was one of utter disappointment. I will not return or recommend. Technically I you they are superb. But customer relations, communication & customer service ( if you have a non GT car) is appalling.”

“The repair the car was booked in for could not be completed, due to wear and tear and age of the car, however I was told you had spent significantly more time on the job than you could feasibly have spent. Although I was told I wasn't going to be charged all the hours it was claimed were spent it was still more than I felt it could have taken to not complete the job. I did agree to pay for 2 hours labour and the part which I though was a much more realistic amount.”
