Hello Harriet, I have just checked your order and it seems the issue is with the courier as it left our warehouse on the 29th June. After looking up your delivery with DPD, it seems they were unable to locate your address. DPD did request further instructions but these were not received. It would seem the parcel is on its way back to us, once we have received this back we will contact you and get it dispatched with the relevant details DPD require. “Ordered a cob-sized hunting breastplate with martingale attachment. The website is very easy to navigate and I found exactly what I wanted. Ordering and paying was as exceptionally straight forward, even though it was for shipment to Spain but paid for on an Asian credit card. Order was shipped within hours of being placed and R&R/DPD kept me informed of progress. I will certainly make R&R the "go to" website. For those nearer to Melton Mowbray they have a very nice shop too!”

“I've been using r and r for all my horse stufff for the last 6 months it's the best shop ever ive had no problems at all online orders are so quick and easy also returns. Next thing is my riding hat which I'm coming next week to get cant wait. I just want to say I'm really impressed with the saddle and bridle as well everyone has commented thank you.”
