Why has R&R turned the heating off? Went to look for a present for a friend but it was so cold I couldn't concentrate. Had to leave it. Will find somewhere warmer to shop!

Rude customer service skills manners cost nothing!!!!sizing on website was completely wrong, And had to pay postage to return the jacket so wouldn't recommend buying from here!!!

Hello Daniel, We are disappointed to read this review and apologise that you had a negative experience when ordering from our website. We appreciate that size guides for Shires products can be difficult to understand but we are always happy to offer advice on sizing. We do however, have a returns policy and like many other retailers, we unfortunately don't have the means to supply free returns (unless the item is deemed faulty). I use r&r quite a lot and spend a lot of money buying supplies for our horses. recently we started to use there online store to have our supplies delivered to our door, the last parcel have two bottles of hove oil in with other items and the box had been damaged in transit leaving it dripping with liquid covering everything in the box and my door step ! I photographed the box on my door step and opened the top of the box and photographed the inside, I’ve sent the pictures to r&r asking for refund or replacement of the goods. I’m not having much luck getting a refund or replacement. I will not be using r&r anymore for this reason.

Still not received product yet so can’t review it. However when purchasing the boots I selected the size then after I’d checked out it had altered it to a different size so I had to email to swap it.

Hello Hayley, We have just looked into this for you and your order is out for delivery today with Royal Mail, we do advise that standard delivery can take up to 5 working days. I have still not received my order after placing it in 20th June and today is 26th June. I paid additional fee for next day delivery. I have had no explanation as to why my order has not been delivery. Received a call today for someone to say they had my order in another part of the county as my details were on the invoice in the parcel. She is also still waiting for an order she made last week and has received my order instead of her own!! Would not recommend

Hello, Thank you for flagging this. After checking your order details, we note you emailed regarding this on 3rd April top which a customer service representative responded back straight away. When you buy a £100 in-store gift card for your 11 year old daughter for Christmas, who then goes to use, to be told it's only £50 is absolutely disgraceful. Despite having a receipt and order number, the 'web team' were not very helpful - and had to be pushed to top it back up. Not even anything by way of an apology. Won't be doing that again.

Ordered many items but really let down with the customer service. I have had 2 instances where I have contacted customer services and both instances have been poor. I wouldn’t use this company again

We have looked into the notes on your order and it does appear you tried to return an order placed in mid September - it does state on our website that our return period is 28 days after receipt. We are very sorry you feel let down but this is our returns policy and we cannot allow for items to be returned nearly 4 months later unless there is a known fault. I’m still awaiting feedback about returning the damaged boots I was provided. Poor product. Poor customer service. Got an email bribing me with entry into a raffle to win money to spend at R&R before R&R have bothered to talk to me about getting my money back. Careful what you ask for!

Purchased my items several days ago. Every day I’m told it’s going to be delivered I have a later email saying there’s an unexpected issue & delaying delivery. Disappointing if I’d known I could have purchased from an alternative company

As I am sure you're aware, courier providers are experiencing mass disruption due to the knock on effect of the strikes and the general Christmas rush with online shoppers. However, we have made these possible delays perfectly clear on our website and advised that customer's should expect delays. Unfortunately estimated delivery times are out of our hands at the moment, as with a lot of online companies, but please note our standard shipping is between 1-5 working days (I can see your order was fulfilled within this timeframe). DPD are providing regular updates on the status of your parcel and you can also track this via the app. I trust this clears up the matter. Regards, Laura

Disappointed and will not be using R&R Country in the future. The box arrived completely bashed up, the box had no additional packaging to protect the products either. The Fairfax chiltern purse box is destroyed and the purse is misshaped. The Holland copper jeans weren’t even sealed in their packaging, they arrived loose in the box. Having paid as much as I have, I am extremely upset to have received a package in the state I have. The product was shipped next day but took two days to arrive, which I wasn’t concerned about as I spent enough to get free postage but… To continue further, the customer service team stated they would not deduct a return postage charge due to the damage. Since returning to products, the jeans have some now gone missing and I have been charged for return postage. Words cannot describe how upset and frustrated I am. I was appalled to receive the product in the state I did, now I’m not being refunded for the jeans and being charged for return postage… definitely taking my business elsewhere. R&R Country emailed asking for a review, so this is it. I would not recommend them.
