Every time I order and the item is paid for and available on line a refund is later issued as the item is out of stock! Frustrating I think you need to fulfil your online orders before opening the stores and selling the stock !

We try to get as many of the orders fulfilled before opening the shop as possible but unfortunately due to the high volume of orders received during sale periods this is not always possible. R&R tend to be my go to for equestrian goods as quick service and great product range. Was disappointed on this occasion as I ordered before the cut off and paid for next day delivery, but my parcel wasn’t sent out for delivery until the day after I expected it.

I ordered on line and received an email to say it had been delivered. However, I ordered some stirrups for my daughter and still waiting for notification to see whether they are in stock.

Happy with the quick delivery. However wish the company wouldn't put tape on the parcel box with their name all over it. Has spoilt the surprise for my partner .

Would have been 5 star, but they didn’t quite read my email correctly and thus my order was short. Delivery was when stated and product was packaged perfectly.

Not R & R fault. But the DPD parcel arrived late and the package was very badly damaged. The boxes the diffusers were in were badly broken and could not be given as gifts.

Hello Deb, I am sorry to hear that you are yet to receive your parcel, I have just spoken to DPD regarding the delays and they have advised that due to the current strikes with Royal Mail they have had a large increase in the volume of parcels. They are unable to provide us with a delivery date as of yet but they hope to get your parcel to you as soon as possible, I will keep you updated as soon as the delivery date becomes available. Great communication but unfortunately I had to send boots back and jacket due to not fitting , couldn’t offer exchange just refund due to policy , waiting on credit being applied before reordering

Although I’ve loved every visit to R&R I was disappointed with my order. I paid extra for next day delivery which didn’t happen. The product received was good but disappointing delivery

Service is usually pretty good however this time the security tag was left on my item. The only solution was to return the item via post and they would repost it. I advised that I would rather just return the item and purchase somewhere I could get it next day as they were needed I never got a response or acknowledgement

Hi - first order with company. Sadly went wrong, the wrong item was delivered, which I don’t tend to experience often. Contacted the info team, who were very helpful and efficient. Wrong item collected and new delivery booked for correct item, however, received an email saying it would be delivered by DPD today and no delivery. DPD says they don’t have the package yet. Overall disappointing, would rate lower however info team were great, just a shame for first error, it happens, but update on new delivery also failed. So customer service not great, people very helpful.

Unfortunately, the redelivery of your parcel is out of our hands. DPD failed to collect all of our parcels on Tuesday evening due to an 'unexpected issue' - we are led to believe this was due to the extreme weather conditions causing disruption. This is why your parcel has been delayed slightly. We would like to highlight this was not a fault with our customer service team, merely our external courier (DPD) so we apologise on behalf of them.
