Unfortunately, something went a bit odd when the parcel was addressed. House name had the right letters, but in the wrong order, and the post code was from a previous address. This caused the parcel to be delayed, not helped by DPD, but that's a whole separate story . . . . . . ! However the items are excellent, very pleased with them. J.Fowler.

Hello Jean, We are a little confused by your review as the label generated with DPD stated the exact address you put down on your order. We also note that the parcel went out for delivery on Wednesday 18th and was delivered Thursday 19th - we cannot see that there was any delay on the DPD history? Very good communication. Quick at replying to emails. Found the postage cost to Northern Ireland expensive considering we are uk. so don’t think is should state free postage to uk. Otherwise a very good store to deal with and got a nice packed off sweet 😊

Our free delivery is, unfortunately, mainland UK only as stated on our delivery page - we do get charged this rate by our courier for your area, however, we can offer Royal Mail quotes at alternative rates. Easy ordering, quick delivery and lovely products, just disappointing that a deduction is made from purchase if you need to return an item. Wouldn’t use again for this reason as there are plenty of stores that offer free returns.

Ordering was easy but unfortunately I was not advised of delivery at the store, although when I went to check the staff were very helpful and the items were ready.

Not completely satisfied with my order due to having a fault with the zip so I had to change colour of the boots, however the product was sent out and delivered within a short period of time so Thankyou.

1 item in my bag then went out of stock before I could pay for it. 1 item then advised out of stock after I had paid for it and waited a few days. Very disappointed

Service ok , responded to all emails as products were on back order . However the box was totally beaten and broken open on delivery. I couldn't refuse to take it as it was my daughters gift and I know they are in short supply. Thankfully the actual product wasn't too bad

Disappointing that a £50 e voucher had to be sent in 10 £5 vouchers - quite some printing, to say the least!

Hello, Thank you for your review. When you purchase an online gift card it automatically sends direct to you so the quantity would have been added by yourself in this case. I cannot tell what your order number is due to the anonymous post but I can see that someone did place an order for x10 £5 gift cards last week. For future reference, if you wanted to order x1 gift card with a value of £50 on it, you would need to enter the amount and ensure the quantity is set to x1 - you would then receive one email with the total amount present. Swift delivery on online orders it turns out .... love the shop ❤️ Though lockdown attitude has been stiff according to many visitors who were not allowed in - I am glad to say my recent visit was good .

Ordering and delivery was perfectly good and smooth running, only downside is returns, no free returns and the item I was returning was too small to arrange DPD collection, I do not have a collect + near me, and no free returns, so I had to post at post office costing me £13, this would be a deterrent for ordering in the future.

Hello Carla, Thank you for your comments. We would just like to clarify that DPD does not have a size restriction so we could have booked this for you if you needed a collection. For future reference, there does seems to be a collect+ point at Costcutter located 5 miles form your home address, this may have been a cheaper option for you. If you do decide to order with us again and need to return an item, please feel free to contact us beforehand and we can arrange a return for you with a suitable method. I hope this helps.
