Hello, Unfortunately Royal Mail have been on strike over the past week causing a backlog, your parcel is on route to you and was scanned yesterday - you can track the status via the tracking reference on your last email. The item purchased on line a voyage highland cows head made of wicker was crushed and when I made contact with R&R they refused to accept it was damaged. They advised me all the heads on receipt from Voyage had to have the wicker straightened but this is impossible when it’s crushed and snapped. Extremely poor customer service.

Dog jumper not the right fit, so returned, but no refund as the packet had been opened and the jumper tried on. Don't use this company, they are thieves.

Hello Therri, We have looked into this further and it would seem that the dog coat was returned to us covered in hair and in a ripped bag - we cannot sell this as a new item any longer and we will have to discount this. We note you phoned the store to dispute this and you were quite rude to a member of our staff, we do not tolerate verbal abuse. Management have looked into this and have agreed, on this occasion, that the dog coat can be cleaned up and sold cheaper. Therefore, we have refunded you this amount. Please note, as per our returns policy, items must be returned to us "in the original condition, with labels, unsoiled and unused" and that in the event that "considerable damage is caused to the packaging, we will have to deduct money from your refund." We trust this closes the matter.

Hello Lois, I am sorry to read this review, however, I have read the notes on your order and I believe it is regarding the free gifts which you did not return when you brought your boots back in-store. The Ariat free blanket and free Ariat glove offer can only be redeemed on Ariat products, as per the T&Cs of the offer. As you did not purchase Ariat boots we did have to charge you for these, or have you return them - this is company policy and it is noted on our website: "In the case of a promotional offer, any free gifts must be returned with the purchased items to obtain a full refund. If free gifts are not returned, the RRP will be deducted from your refund." Again, I am sorry you feel negative about this but it is our policy unfortunately when customers choose to add the free gifts to the basket. Kind Regards, Laura

Placed an order last week money swiftly taken and emailed to advise of dispatch. Parcel was delivered the following day by DPD to the incorrect address. Proof of address and delivery shows my house and received by myself, with a photo of the parcel left outside the white patio doors have a property which isn’t mine, or any of my neighbours. Reported missing delivery and as of yet still no response other than an investigation has been opened with DPD. Chased this on Friday with R&R and still no response come Sunday evening. Yet I am still £70 out of pocket and someone has a lovely brand-new coat paid for by me

Hello Laura, As mentioned, the DPD investigation has been opened and it can take 3-5 working days. This was opened on the 5th May for you after your initial point of contact. DPD are having to look into what's happened with your parcel - we did advise this when you called the shop for an update on Friday (once we spoke on the phone we promptly chased DPD for an update). We understand this is frustrating for you but this is their policy for a missing parcel and for us to sort the issue we must first wait for their response. Regards, R&R Country

Hello, I am disappointed to read this review. I recall speaking with you on the phone yesterday, after our call I again spoke with DPD and they have this morning advised they will collect from the incorrect property and re-deliver for you - I feel this 1 star review is unfair as we have tried our best to get this sorted for you in a timely manner. With that said, you will receive you boots today (as per my email this morning). We apologise on behalf of DPD but this was unfortunately out of our control as we dispatched the order in good faith with our courier. Regards, Laura

Order advised as dispatched 7 days ago (Gift Vouchers) however order it yet received and tracking simply stated dispatched with no further details.. Will need to know chase which is a faff.

Hello Maxine, We are sorry to hear this but we would just like to state that we were investigating this on Thursday afternoon when you called the store initially. The notes on your order confirm that you were informed that a DPD parcel search had been raised - due to the weekend we could not get an answer until this morning - we did try to chase this on Friday 8th but we did not get an another before close of play that day. I have spoken with them this morning and tracked your parcel and it seems to have been located and is out for delivery today. I will send your consignment via a private email so you can track this. Terrible! I ordered a pair of brushing boots for my horse, using the images and selection categories provided online, only to receive a completely different set of boots which were not even among the items listed for sale. Tried emailing to find out about an exchange and whether I might have to pay additional postage costs (due to r&r’s mistake) to return the item and received no reply except this automated email asking for feedback.

Dear Gemma, Unfortunately we do not feel this review is fair on our part. Firstly, we would like to point out, you did request for this parcel to be 'left in a safe place' on the DPD application. When doing this, DPD warn customers that this is at their own risk and that in following the request through, all customers then become liable for their parcels - a large pop up does appear and DPD have confirmed this with us. As you continued on with this, you then became liable for your parcel. We did not accuse you of lying Gemma, and I am sorry if you do feel this way. We merely stated that as you had selected for your parcel to be left in a safe place, we could not take responsibility for the fact your parcel was not there when you returned home. It is clear in the terms and conditions of DPD and for this reason we cannot take responsibility for this. Kind Regards, Laura

R and R Country Sent wrong stock that I particularly ordered as I already have the one they sent. Look at the picture below. It says untied which is what I wanted. They sent me a tied one. They have not replied to my email.

The product I payed for, two weeks ago, has not yet been delivered, and the due date has already been delayed three times. Furthermore, on R&R Country website there is no mention of additional fees and taxes to be payed for shipment outside UK (35 euros), and this is unfair commercial behavior.

Hello Giuseppe, I am sorry to hear you feel our service is unfair. With the new import and export rules recently coming into play, and the commotion of Brexit, it would seem there has been a delay with the shipment. However, we must stress this is beyond our control and the parcel was dispatched on time from our warehouse in the UK. In relation to additional fees, we must stress that these are the responsibility of the buyer importing the goods. Called regarding boots and a lady was very unhelpful and quite rude when enquired about the inner socks etc. She was utterly abrupt and anything I asked she would say ‘website’. Super rude!

Very disappointed ordered a dog bed which had been recommended by a friend . Ordered the bed to Northern Ireland which cost 17.50 to post . For it to arrive with a hole in the bed .
