“Bought a beautiful brown leather Shires dog training lead and collar. Unfortunately the collar was a bit big, but returning was a doddle as I could send back via the post office, due to my WiFi being down I had to call to find out what to do. I ordered the next size down, which arrived in less that 24hrs! My refund for the first collar took no longer than 2 days! Amazing customer service, beautiful products that are soft and have that lingering new leather smell. Now a wonderfully dapper looking dog!”

Hello Harriet, I have just checked your order and it seems the issue is with the courier as it left our warehouse on the 29th June. After looking up your delivery with DPD, it seems they were unable to locate your address. DPD did request further instructions but these were not received. It would seem the parcel is on its way back to us, once we have received this back we will contact you and get it dispatched with the relevant details DPD require.
