“The service was good but it took a while to understand how the gift vouchers were to be "delivered". I thought it was disappointing that these were not in a Gift Card as they were bought as a gift.”

Hello Julia, Thank you for your review! I am sorry you found it difficult to navigate the gift card section on our website. I have double checked your order and you did in fact order an 'online gift card'. These are simply codes that are emailed upon purchase. “Firstly, clear and easy to navigate website, especially the terms & conditions which I always pay attention to in the event of a problem or needing a return. Product was accurately described and neatly packaged on arrival. The product I ordered was for a gift and sadly it did not fit so I returned it for a refund. R & R processed my refund by return. All in all, what a service! Would use again and totally recommend.”
