“Excellent service and good value. A little disappointing that when the boot cleaner arrived, it had leaked into the bubble wrap. Not the fault of R&R though I think.”

“I like shopping with R&R. The website is easy to use and the service from R&R is excellent as they are happy to talk to you about the products. Also if you order something and it is not the right size, etc. It is easy to return. And the products themselves are gorgeous and there is always something to temp you as it is like a sweet shop to me.”

“Excellent product! Little disappointed in the fact the product could have been a little better packaged having spent so much. I know buying direct from F&F previous the attention to detail is exceptional. So maybe a little more care wouldn’t go amiss to make the product feel special. I did notice also the right boot must have been tried on a lot more than the left, quite sloppy on arrival and both boots very creased and marked.”
