“Well organised website, super easy to find what you are looking for. Descriptions of items could be a bit more detailed as the head collar I bought had no way of adjusting the noseband (which would’ve been a helpful thing to notify customers about). Aside from this, fantastic shopping experience and top quality items.”

“Great service and I loved the extra nice customer service touch of the horse shaped gummy bears (where did you get these from I’d love to get some for my riding club campers) even though I ate them in one go and made myself feel sick when doing Pilates afterwards!”

“I ordered the T8 Thorowgood Jump Saddle, communication and delivery was great but the description stated medium but came with a wide gullet bar which was a bit disappointing as now have a gullet bar I cannot use and a medium bar to order.”

“Having ordered my equestrian show clothing from other so called reputable suppliers only to find what I had ordered wasn't actually in stock I tried R&R! What more could you want, everything I ordered arrived on time and in perfect condition. Everything was packed perfectly and with a few little unexpected extras thrown in they exceeded expectations. All paperwork correct and included together with returns admin if needed. The best part of it was that I saved around £150 on my order so now riding in Ariat clothing not the usual budget stuff feeling a million dollars. Will look stunning for my show! Thank you R&R will definitely be returning for future purchases.”

“Wasnt sure about using an unknown (to me) company to order my ariat shoes online but i neednt have been. Great service and very prompt trackable delivery with a proper order receipt. Couldnt ask for more. Will definately use them again”
