“Very very impressed. I live in South Africa. We've had a year of it: running out of essential drugs because people in the relevant govt dept are on strike, running out of prescription dog foods because the truck drivers are on strike in France. Load shedding because our govt .... bah humbug. What a pleasure to deal with a company where everything just works and is no effort at all. I found my girth, made payment and was sent e-mails telling me exactly where my parcel was every step of the way. Mom could go online and notify the courier that she'd be out and to please leave the parcel with her neighbour ... the day after I selected and paid for it. No way that would happen in South Africa.”

“The item was as described and delivery very quick. I did however try to get in touch and sent emails within an hour of purchasing to ask if I could add to the order. This has still not been acknowledged therefore I haven’t reordered anything else”

“I have been shopping at R&R since it opened, and have only ever had good experiences. Staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Online ordering is very handy. Collect in store stops me missing deliveries. Returning items is no hassle, would thoroughly recommend!”
