“Ostrich bone is way too big for my Maltipoo. Wish they could be made smaller. Great product though, and don't smell at all, which is a bonus.”

“As always good quality bag, the size is just what I wanted, it fits in the basics, but is not big and bulky and fits on the shoulder well, my only concern is how the bottom will wear as it’s suede as well, leather would have been a better option. Good service from R&R country and a 10% blue light discount, will be buying more of my Fairfax & Favour bags from you now I know you do the discount .”

“I have still not received my order after placing it in 20th June and today is 26th June. I paid additional fee for next day delivery. I have had no explanation as to why my order has not been delivery. Received a call today for someone to say they had my order in another part of the county as my details were on the invoice in the parcel. She is also still waiting for an order she made last week and has received my order instead of her own!! Would not recommend”
