“Easy ordering process. After first ordering the wrong size, I telephoned R&R and arranged to return the larger size in return for the smaller size. They kept the smaller size in the office for me to avoid it being sold to someone else, then despatched it as soon as they received the return. Well packaged. Highly recommended.”

“Excellent service and communication. Pleased with aesthetics of dog lead; very functional and strong. Well finished, with useful brass ring and cute ornament. Leather could have been more pliant, but I guess that will come with use. The dog loves it because it’s associated with her walk! (See ‘anticipation’ photo)”

“Jackie spent several hours with us in store sorting some long leather riding boots for my daughter. They were not in stock, however Jackie sourced the boots and phoned me so that I could order them on line. Excellent service, nothing was too much trouble.”
