“I needed to replace 2 glasses I broke on Boxing Day . I found them on your website , on the Monday , ordering was easy and I was kept informed about delivery which arrived bang on time Wednesday morning at 8:30 am . They were packaged well as they are delicate , also this was over the 2 bank holidays too. Overall excellent service and communication, highly recommended and I will definitely be using you again .
