“Website easy to use and a good selection of items for sale. My order was accidentally delivered to the wrong address but Katie from customers services was wonderful and helped sort this out. I now have my delivery which I am very pleased with. So much so, I have just made another order.”

“First class customer service . I would highly recommend R & R . I called to confirm they had the item in stock, the lady on the phone was extremely helpful and went onto the shop floor to double check. She then reserved the item for me and sent me a email link so I could order the item. Dispatched and arrived within 48hours . 5 star service . Well done R & R”

“I ordered a groom bag and brushes as a gift for my daughters friends birthday it was excellent quality I ordered online but collected in store as I always like an excuse to look around the store I also managed to get Some lovely Christmas presents and an advent Calendar for our pony. All the staff are always so friendly and helpful. Really pleased with our purchase & service.”
