“Called regarding boots and a lady was very unhelpful and quite rude when enquired about the inner socks etc. She was utterly abrupt and anything I asked she would say ‘website’. Super rude!”

“I recently purchased a pair of men’s Ariat Sport Booker Ultra boots and, not being sure of the size - and ordering via the internet was always going to be a bit of a chance - I telephoned R&R for advice before committing to placing an order. I spoke with a very friendly and helpful lady who even went into the stock room to try out the boots to give me an indication of how they might fit. She said she took the same size as me and as they fitted her, albeit with a bit of room, I decided to go for it. The boots arrived much quicker than I expected - next day in fact, which was a Saturday. I was hugely relieved and delighted that not only do the boots fit, but that they are way beyond my expectations regarding comfort. Love ‘em! I don’t ride horses - or even work near them, let alone live in the country - but I can wholeheartedly recommend the product I bought and especially R&R Country for such terrific service.”
