“Excellent staff, customer service and communication. I had to return the first jacket because I ordered the wrong size. Delivery was the following day on each occasion and my refund was processed within 48 hours of the return. An amazing service especially given the post-lockdown situation of things slowly returning to normal. Well done R&R Coutry👏👏👏”

“I purchased a cloth and when it arrived the case was broken. After one email I received a lovely percentage of a refund immediately. Also the easidri cloth is unbelievably good thank you so much for the fastest delivery the best service and a blooming good product”
