“Ive been a regular customer of R&R country for quite some time now. Great service every time. I’ve purchased a good range of products from saddles, shampoos to even poo picking sticks and you really cannot beat their efficiency when it comes to shipping/ delivery times and they always have a well stocked shop, I can guarantee they always have what I need everytime. My go to equestrian shop.”

“Service is usually pretty good however this time the security tag was left on my item. The only solution was to return the item via post and they would repost it. I advised that I would rather just return the item and purchase somewhere I could get it next day as they were needed I never got a response or acknowledgement”

Hello, We are sorry for the error with your order and that the tag was left on. We do note however that a customer service representative did respond to your email over social media on the Wednesday - we understand it is frustrating but in order to get this resolved we would need to get the item back to remove the tag for you.
