“I always buy my jodphurs boots online and generally great but my recent boots have only been worn 4 times and i have noticed today they are leaking, very disappointed as they are usually very hardwearing, am hoping they can be replaced FOC ?”

Hello Amanda, Thank you for your product review, however, we would like to point out that these Bridleway leather boots are not waterproof - we have looked into this further and without a specific fault we are unable to replace these for you. “Excellent service, the order when it at about 10.30pm on Wednesday evening and I received it on the Friday morning at 9.30am. It was a riding hat for my Niece who is fifteen and she loves it. Thank you once again for the excellent service.”

“Great communication but unfortunately I had to send boots back and jacket due to not fitting , couldn’t offer exchange just refund due to policy , waiting on credit being applied before reordering”

“Always use the Melton store staff are always friendly and helpful. Online orders are always processed so quickly and easy to collect. Great variety of clothing ranges and just a very good horse shop that I don't mind travelling the extra time for.”
