Starting with a store in Hemingbrough, North Yorkshire, we have since grown into Yorkshire’s largest equestrian and country superstore and have a second store at Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire.

Hello Laura, We are incredibly disappointed to read this review. We have looked into the notes on your order and it does appear you tried to return an order placed in mid September - it does state on our website that our return period is 28 days after receipt. We are very sorry you feel let down but this is our returns policy and we cannot allow for items to be returned nearly 4 months later unless there is a known fault.
